Olive Garden employee harassing young boy in bathroom

Sex predator working for olive garden: watch your young sons!

After 9 years I finally decide my Son could go into the men's restroom by Himself. While standing outside the restroom my heart was racing but this is what my Son wanted to do.

My Son walks out along with Olive Garden male staff. Gentlemen walks over to me explaining the solo conversation he just had with my Son in the restroom.

WTF! Why are you having a conversation with my 9 year old Son in the restroom. I blanked out. I didn't get his name. I remember explaining how inappropriate it was to hold little boys in the bathroom having a conversation with them.

Spoke with manager Ben and explained situation. Ben asked that I give a description of the gentleman and he would speak with higher ups to form an investigation. All while telling me how upset I look. I guess I was suppose to be smiling.

This situation is far from over. Filing Lawsuit.

Olive Garden chicken scampi

Food was nasty and it tasted like dry plain noodles.. I have orderd this item for over 15 years and it has never tasted like this.. I will no longer spend my 17 dollars on a plate that im so dissatisfied with.. I got 2 salads with 1 salad dressing not worth the money This is the second tome in one month that i have wasted my money on this horrible plate

Olive Garden customer service

I used to frequent this olivw garden a lot with family and friends year round when they came down for a visit and pick up order about once a week. Today I waa going to treat my mother there to try some new menu items. I calles as I was leaving from work which is a bout an hour drive, and i was told it was a 10 to15 min wait and that I couldn't so call ahead seating since there was already a wait. So I met my mother at the largo florida location who had been waiyting 15 min already for a table for us. Soni went in and sat down with my mother. On my way in through the parkinglot I passed 6 people who when I went in and sat down by my mother I heard one of the ladies in the party of 6 say that she had called ahead and they were seated right away after my mother had put her name in and had been waiting for 15 minuets. I talked to the host to inquire why I was told that they weren't taking call ahead seating and were seating and were seating people ahead of us that had called ahead. All the host could say was I'm sorry but you disnt talk to me. So I asked for a mananger to whom I explained that inhad tried to call in an hour ago while driving to the location and she started trying to make excuses and told me they only take call aheads an hour in advance. ?. Instead of apologising and getting us seated she continued to argue with me and make excuses about bigger partys having priority over smaller party's as 3 partys of 2 were being ushered right by me and being seated. Ive never been treated as poorly or unfairly and had my intelligence insulted so unnecessarily. She was obviously not going to try to fix the situation so I asked for a corpirate number to call and left after wasting an hour drive to get there and 20 min there.I called the number only to find out it was after 5pm and to late to call. I work as a professional in customer service and have never seen a more incompetent manager or horribly poor customer sevice skills. Wondering how she was ever hired in the first place?. Well that being said I will never patronize that location or olive garden again period. Very disappointed, have enjoyed your restaurant s for 25 years. I think the so called manager I spoke with should be given some training in customer service and have some form of disiplineary action. Thanks for nothing and a horribly ruined evening. I would like a number to a local district manager if possible so I can get my complaint to an actual person.

Olive Garden the food was cold and server was rude

On April 16, 2018 we went into the new Olive Garden in Morristown TN with a party of 6. We love Olive Garden but our waitress was very rude and did not keep up on waiting our table when asked for refills she rolled her eyes and blowed. Then I don't know if she waited a long while before picking up our order out of the kitchen but it was super cold. I have never experienced this at any other Olive Garden before. I know my past working in restaurants it gets busy and aggravating but that should never be taken out on your customers. We was still generous and gave the lady a 20.00 tip.

Olive Garden customer assistance lost item

I chose Olive Garden for my birthday lunch. I received gift card as one present. I accidentally dropped it in the booth or on the floor. I returned an hour later when I realized that it was missing, and asked if I could look for it. The manager informed me that they would contact me if it was found. I understood that at the time of my return, other customers were seated in the same spot. But I had expectations that it would be located after their departure from the booth. I was mistaken, I called the following day and still the same manager exclaimed that I would be contacted if it was turned in. A gift card is more than likely not going to be turned in so I wish that I could have searched and located it from the booth where I accidentally dropped it.

Olive Garden the service was terrible

We went to eat at the Morristown Olive Garden and my son had spilled his drink and the waitress was very rude. I understand it's a job when you work a place that stays packed and busy it gets frustrating but you need to take that to the back and not take it out on your customers. We still even left her a 10.00 tip. I love this restaurant and the food but I will never eat here again.

Olive Garden food service

Just had dinner with 2 friends. The waitress proceeded to tell us it was her third night on the job. She brought our water and ended up dumping a whole glass of ice water on my friend. It wet her whole pants leg on one side. It was cleaned up but didn't help my friend who had to sit in wet pants through the meal. No compensation was offered to her only an apology. I didn't feel the meal should have been compted but something should have been done, glass of wine, dessert, something. Manager came and said hope all was fine since it was only water! He never came back to check later as he said he would. Also I didn't care for getting my entree with the salad. I'd like to have a chance to enjoy the salad and then have my entree hot. It was a miserable experience.

Olive Garden restaurant

My wife and I went there sat 4-14-18 waiter told us theres no salad I said sams club is just down the street and there's other markets within 10 min waiter thought it was funny my wife didn't because she always has salad this is amateur hour unacceptable mgr should be absolutely fired no excuses he should make it happen. That's his job. And he failed big time.

Olive Garden big meatball manicotti, big mistake

I visited the Bowie Town Center location Monday night with my family. We had been planning the trip all day. I ordered the big meatball Manicotti. I noticed that the texture of the meatball was funny, so I opened it up to reveal that it was pink and uncooked inside. I immediately felt sick (and hope not to actually get sick). I am very disappointed with my meal and the fact that there was dirty glasses and silverware on the table. Completely unexceptable. The server however, was nice.

Olive Garden long wait for main course and employee dropping food on mother.

I have witnessed a employee passing a drink overtop of my elderly mother head That was eye opening. We went back recently the employee dumped cheese on my mother lap instead of keeping it on the table and in front of my mother. I noticed that the food took a long time to our table seemed not as plentiful as other customers and while we were waiting customers came in and was seated and served right away. I have the ticket from the event but the lady who served us was not bad it was the cheese girl who wasted cheese onto my mother thus damaging her cloths. I think that the employees needs to keep all food out in front of customers at all times attitude seems to be a issue with the employees when we show up. I 'd like to meet a manager if we ever come back to that location.

Olive Garden the timing of the meal

Hello I don't want any coupons. Every single Olive Garden I go to, the timing of the meal is horrible. I can barely get half a bowl of salad eaten and the meal is being delivered to the table. I realize the concept of getting the next customers seated but this is ridiculous and I asked the server to not bring our meal until we were done with our salads. We used to go to the Wallisville road location in Houston but the service was so bad we quit going. There's a brand new location in Summerwood in Houston, we were really hoping it would be better but unfortunately its the same as the other location I mentioned above. The timing of the meal should be something taught to management and servers.

Olive Garden unethical behavior

April 15th, 2018 around 3:00pm my boyfriend and I were trying to enjoy your new specials. I was trying the new stuffed fettaccine and he was having a shrimp and chicken dish. There was a gentleman sitting next to us chewing tobacco and spitting in a cup the bartender provided him. I'm a smoker and tobacco is tobacco if I can't smoke in your restaurant he shouldn't be chewing and spitting tobacco. I packed up my food to go, complained to the bartender and the hostess at the door and absolutely nothing was done. It was disgusting and made me loose my appetite.

Olive Garden bill

My bill came to $25 at the location in Bradenton fl I look on my bank statement I was charged $35! I called the manager and she told me she couldn't do anything about it and was very rude. She pulled up my card told me my charge was 250 and repeated she couldn't do anything about it I should take it up with my bank. That was my first and last time visiting one of your locations. As a manager I would think the call would have been handled more professional.

Olive Garden our experience at the wheeling olive garden

We have made it a tradition to celebrate our 99 year old father's birthday each year at Olive Garden. However this visit will be our last. I'd like to start this out on a positive notes the food was fantastic as always. My immediate family and I eat at our local Triadelphia Olive Garden two to three times a month. And each year 12 family members or more celebrate my dear father's birthday. Our waitress Courtney was so kind at first. As she walked away from our table it seemed intentional for her for her to make sure we heard her comments. Such as "they always give me these old [censor]", (while speaking to another waiter the same waiter she was very SEXual with the entire meal she said "its going to take them forever to eat, ill never leave" my parents are Born and breed Catholics they were emabarassed to even witness such public display of two fellow workers. Neither of my parents ate their meals, after such a horrible experience we wanted out of there as fast as possible. We loved making Olive Garden a part of our yearly celebrations however that was our last visit.

Olive Garden product and service

My husband and I had traveled a few states away for cancer treatment. We was so tired and hungry. I ordered our food to go. When I got back to the room with 2 orders of spaghetti and neither had hardly any sauce. I ate a bread stick and a few bites of spaghetti and threw it in the garbage. It cost over $30.00
I never have a problem when eating in the restaurant, but when ordering take out, the cook tends to not make your food the way it should be.

Olive Garden servers

The servers have zero side work! They can't even throw in a tray of breadsticks. The Togo has to set up the whole alley and then close the whole alley as the servers stand around on their phones. They do whatever they want then the Togo has to constantly clean up their mess, run their food, cash them out the second they ask, put in their food, even when you're complete busy. Olive Garden seems to be the only restaurant where the servers don't do anything at all for the team.

Olive Garden service

Our waitress Amanda was nice at first but once I paid and asked for bread to go she had completely ignored me for 20 minutes. So before I left I asked a different employee who also gave me attitude and said it's a 10-15 and she handed it to me very aggressively. I thought your bread was unlimited and why you don't want to give out more. I don't think I'll go to Olivie garden for a long while plus the food is not that good. Waste of 54.00 and my time.

Olive Garden terrible customer service

My name is Darlene littleford. I would like to make a formal complaint about our server, Brit from location 600 Shoppes at Stroud, Stroudsburg, PA 18360 @[protected]. My family of 5 went to Olive Garden on Saturday, 04/07/18 to celebrate our daughter, Desiree' Littleford's Marywood University Sr. John Leadership Award. Sadly it didn't even feel like a celebration. We were there from 3pm until 5pm. During which time Brit had a stone cold face when we were communicating with her. Dishes were left sitting on the table way too long. She seemed to have an issue with accommodation. She was not polite at all. I felt bad for our daughter. A server can make or break your event or special day. When our meal was over Desiree's special day was broken. We spent about $106.00 plus a 15% tip bringing our total to approximately $121.00. Understand my mother and daughter were upset that we even left that for the server. We are the type of customers that tip 20-25% for excellent service. I felt we made our point leaving the lowest acceptable. Please see that Brit is reprimanded for her lack of good service. Thank you. I was upset with my husband that he didn't hit print a receipt or email. I do not have a paper record however feel free to check any details I have shared. I'm sure the manager can look up our transaction. It is on our bank statement, Debit card. It would be nice if a gift card could be sent so that my daughter could have a better celebration on a later day.

Well, I enjoy dining at olive garden very much but 4/8/18 at the olive garden in southgate, mi... Store # 1172 I had a very upsetting experience. Myself and 4 of my friends planned to go out for dinner, I am the one that talked them into going to olive garden, because of the promotion I saw on television about some new dinners they were serving and special prices. So, we go place our orders and we are having a really nice time, out waitress was very nice and gave us great service. 3 of us ordered one of the new dishes, so when the bill came and was not priced for $12.99 I asked the waitress and told her about the promotion I saw on television she stated that she was not sure and had not seen the commercial and asked if I wanted to see a manager I said sure thinking the manager would know the specials. Well, when we saw him coming toward our table we could already tell he had a attitude, he said you wanted a manager I said yes and proceeded to tell him about the commercial I saw for their promotion, he told me that he had not seen the commercial, so he didn't know about any special prices and he went as far as to tell us 5 adults that when we come back into that restaurant we need to get a manager involved with our ordering. I was so angry when I left that restaurant, our whole evening was ruined... His name was thomas. I was so mad that I called back and spoke with the general manager seth, he apologized and said that he was very sorry that our evening was ruined, but that other [censor] will cause me to not go to that oliver garden again and I will definitely tell others about my experience.

Olive Garden hair in our food and rude service

We were at ur restaurant on march 17th 2018 for our 12 year wedding anniversary. It took for ever to get service and then when we finally did get served there was hair in my tour of Italy and I was so disappointed. By the time they brought me a new one mine u it was 3 times smaller then the original my husband was already finished with his meal and ready to leave.
