National Tire & Battery [NTB]

Took my 2000 caravan in for tires and was convinced it also could use an alignment, midway thru the work I was informed that I needed a left tie rod end and sway bar bushings, I told them to do the tie rod end but leave the bushings alone, after they finished I drove it home and noticed it pulled to the left (It did not do this before), the next day I returned it with my concern and they put it back on the machine, they test drove it after and informed me that there was no problem with the alignment but I now needed $500 worth of struts?!, I have been around vehicles all my life and am no dummy when it comes to cars and would advise you to stay away
