Auto-BodyParts Partial painted bumper

Ordered new rear bumper for my 2000 Monte Carlo. Paid for the painting service to have it painted the same color as the original. (cars color) Well, for some unknown reason they only painted about 2/3 of it and left the bottom portion unpainted. To make a long story short; I tried to work out getting at least half my money back, so I could get it finished painted, locally. Well, I didn't get any response back no matter how I tried to communicate my proposition, as it were. So; since there customer service is a abysmal joke, I had to go locally and get the bumper finished out at extra expense. With that, I assure you I will never use them again. I'll see them go out of business first.

Recommendation: Do not do business with them. Go elsewhere.

Auto-BodyParts Poor Quality Parts and Terrible Customer Service from Auto-BodyParts

I should have read some of the reviews before I bought from Auto-BodyParts. The parts I received were damaged, as you can see in the pics. I had to wet sand and buff all the parts, and I even had to pay to have the hood repainted. I called them, and they said they would send me a check for 400.00 on [protected] to help pay for the repairs. However, I have called them multiple times since then, and I just get the run around. I will never do business with them again.

I was really disappointed with the quality of the parts I received from Auto-BodyParts. The damage was obvious, and it was clear that they had not been properly inspected before being shipped out. I had to spend a lot of time and money fixing the parts, and it was a real hassle.

When I called Auto-BodyParts to complain, they were initially sympathetic and promised to send me a check to help cover the cost of the repairs. However, I have been waiting for months for that check to arrive, and every time I call to follow up, I just get the run around. It's really frustrating, and it makes me feel like they don't care about their customers.

Overall, I would not recommend Auto-BodyParts to anyone. The quality of their parts is poor, and their customer service is even worse. If you're looking for auto body parts, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Auto-BodyParts Terrible Customer Service and Long Wait Times: My Experience with [Company Name]

This company is just terrible! I mean, seriously, the customer service is a joke. They hang up on you or put you on hold for ages until you just give up. And don't even get me started on the manager and the boss - they're never around when you need them. I honestly think this business should be shut down.

I ordered some parts a month ago and I'm still waiting for them. It's ridiculous! And when I try to cancel my order, there's always some excuse. It's just the worst.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Auto-BodyParts Warning: Auto-BodyParts - Sloppy Work and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, this Auto-BodyParts place is a real doozy. I ordered a front bumper for my ride, gave 'em all the deets - year, model, and even the Vin number - and what do I get? A bumper for some other car entirely! I mean, come on now, that's just plain sloppy work. So I called 'em up and let 'em have it, told 'em where they could stick that bumper. But you know what? They didn't give a hoot. Didn't even try to make it right. And when I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company, no dice. So let me tell you, folks, if you're thinking about using Auto-BodyParts, you better think twice. They don't care about doing things the right way, and they sure don't care about their customers. So use 'em at your own risk, but don't say I didn't warn ya!

Auto-BodyParts Terrible Experience with Auto-BodyParts: Lack of Communication and Rude Customer Service

My experience with Auto-BodyParts was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered a part and waited for three weeks, which is 15 business days, but I received no information or tracking order. When I contacted them on the 15th day, they lied to me and said that the part was drying. They told me to contact the manager after the weekend, which was the 16th business day. However, when I contacted the manager, I received extremely rude customer service. The manager even threatened to cancel my order! I was also hung up on and put on hold for 15 minutes. I was so frustrated that I canceled my order right then and there. However, even after a day, I still did not receive a refund into my account. I am now out $267.00 because of this terrible experience.

I was really disappointed with Auto-BodyParts. I had high hopes for them, but they let me down. The lack of communication and the rude customer service were unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way they handled the situation was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will never use them again.

Auto-BodyParts Warning: Autobodyparts.com Stole My Credit Card Info!

I done bought from this here company twice now. Once back in March of 2019 and then again in August of the same year. The first time I ordered, my credit card got all kinds of charges from places I ain't never even heard of. I mean, they was tryin' to charge me for stuff all over the dang country! I was pretty ticked off about it, but I figured it was just a fluke or somethin'.

So then I decided to give 'em another chance and ordered from 'em again in August. This time, I had a brand spankin' new credit card that I had never used before. And wouldn't ya know it, the same dang thing happened! I started gettin' charges from all sorts of places that I ain't never even been to. I mean, who the heck orders a pizza from Domino's in New York City when they live in Texas?!

I'm pretty sure that some low-life scumbag over at autobodyparts.com stole my credit card info and either used it themselves or sold it to some other crook. I mean, what else could it be? Ain't no way that this is just some coincidence. I'm tellin' ya, stay away from this company if you don't want your credit card info stolen!

Auto-BodyParts Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience with Auto-BodyParts: A Review

I've been waiting for a whole month for my car part from Auto-BodyParts and I never got a call or email from them. I had to email them myself and they told me that it's not dry yet and to give them a week. I waited for two days and still nothing. I decided to cancel my order and I never got a confirmation that it was canceled. I called them again and they told me that my order was canceled but they didn't tell me when they were going to give me my money back. They said it will take 5 to 10 business days. I was very disappointed with their unprofessionalism and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Auto-BodyParts Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience with Auto-BodyParts: A Warning to Potential Customers

I recently made a purchase from Auto-BodyParts for a painted hood for my BMW on September 1st. They said it would take 15 business days for them to ship the product, but unfortunately, they never shipped it. I was disappointed and frustrated with their lack of communication and professionalism. Every time I called, they gave me excuses and the runaround. It was a month before I finally asked for a refund.

I was disappointed with the way they conducted business. They never even processed my order, which was a huge inconvenience for me. I was left waiting for a product that I never received. It was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

I would rather pay full price at my local body shop than deal with Auto-BodyParts again. Their lack of integrity and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you're considering doing business with them, beware. It's not worth the hassle and frustration.

Auto-BodyParts Disappointing Experience with Auto-BodyParts: Poor Customer Service and Inflexible Policies

I recently had an experience with Auto-BodyParts that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. As a retired individual who spends time in both Nevada and Denver, I often make purchases using the same card, depending on where I am at the time. When I attempted to make a purchase through this site, I was informed that it was not their company policy to allow purchases to be split between different locations. I was also told that this was a bank policy, which I found to be untrue when I contacted my bank to inquire.

After attempting to resolve the issue with Auto-BodyParts, I ultimately decided to cancel my purchase altogether. I was left feeling like I had been treated poorly and that my business was not valued by this company. It was truly the worst experience I have ever had with an online retailer.

If you are looking for a company that values its customers and is willing to work with you to resolve any issues that may arise, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Auto-BodyParts simply does not seem to care about its customers or their needs. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that will treat you with the respect and consideration you deserve.

Auto-BodyParts Warning: Auto-BodyParts is a Scam - Don't Get Taken for a Ride!

I gotta tell ya, Auto-BodyParts ain't no good. I checked out Yelp and BBB and it seems like a whole bunch of folks got taken for a ride by these guys. They're nothing but a bunch of con artists, so you better watch out. They'll send you anything just to make it look like they're legit, but when you get the part, it's gonna be all wrong or messed up. I bet they just go to the junk yard and grab whatever they can find that's kinda like what you ordered, then they ship it to you all busted up. I had to dispute my purchase right away, cancel my credit card, and get a new one. Thank goodness these guys are only running a small-time scam and not risking going to jail by running credit cards.

Auto-BodyParts Auto-BodyParts.com Review: Awaiting Order, Concerned About Scams

So, I recently made a purchase from auto-bodyparts.com, which I later found out is also known as autobodypartsdeals.com. I haven't had any issues with the site yet, but I can't give a full rating until I receive my order and see how everything turns out.

One thing that did concern me was that I didn't receive a confirmation email after placing my order. I waited for a bit, but before I could call the site to inquire about it, they actually called me first. They asked for the security code on the back of my card, explaining that their website hasn't been processing the codes properly and they need to confirm by phone instead. I provided the code and everything seemed to be in order.

However, I did some research online and found some posts about scams related to auto body parts. I really hope that these posts are just rare occurrences and not the norm for this company. I'll update my review once I receive my order and can fully evaluate the site's performance.
