My 85 year old mother in good faith ordered carpet May 28, 2018 and was promised installation on Monday, June 11, 2018 between 8 am and 10am..she had ordered a new box springs an mattress to be delivered on the 12th..See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Peabody, MAshe was called AFTER 10:00 am on the day of delivery to say it was cancelled as the rugs got wet INSIDE the truck!!! She was told they would be delivered on Thursday the 14th! I had taken the day off from work to be there..I called the company and talked to a person named Cliff. He was totally rude, unprofessional and hung up on me!! This is really really disappointing and shameful. He should NOT be in customer service and this company is not trustworthy.
