I Signed up for PMP training with Bhavyam infotech and provided my debit card info during the sign up process. Bhavyam charged an additional amount without my authorization and never refunded this amount. I tried calling and sending multiple emails no response from shakti kumar who sold the program and vishnu his manager. Do not trust this company and provide your card information

I paid for $950 of my hard earned money in 2019 for PMP training, PMP certification and 1 year of PMP Membership.

I have repeatedly asked Mycareercube to pay for my PMP exam & membership fee as part of the original payment I made and they've dodged my questions and given me all sorts of excuses.

I've exchanged over 100+ emails and they haven't been able to pay for my examination fee or provide a clear answer as to what is happening.

One of the representative from this company who is no longer with Mycareercube sold me package of PMP including certification fees. Its time to pay my exam fees and no one is responding. It seems to be fraud. I am looking for my refund. Can someone assist me ? Their support email address is :customer.support@mycareercube.com. Many of the old employees already left from this company and there is escalation matrix and complaint forum available on their website too.

On May 9 Saurabh Sharma (from Bhavyam Infotech) asked me to pay remaining amount (USD $310) by May 11 (as below in *) with the promise over phone call of delivering the package contents to my referral friend Vikash Singh. As he (Saurabh Sharma) failed to fulfill the delivery promise and I waited the Vikash's content delivery till June 4 (attached the screen shot june4. jpg). * Hi Saurabh, Greetings Thanks for enrolling with us for TOGAF 9.2 Training & Certification Package. We have received a partial fee of $150. You can pay the remaining fee of $310 by Saturday 11th May, 2019 * Vikash got the content on June 4 and June 8 onwards he (Saurabh Sharma) is asking me in emails the USD $450 instead of USD $310 by saying 1. As per company policy nothing can be done with paid USD $150 amount 2. Voucher validity expired as per finance team. Now I am requesting them (Saurabh/Ravi) to charge only $310 and be fair but they are keep on refusing. Please help. Saurabh Saxena [protected]

I enrolled for the PMP program with career cube which included attending the PMP exam as well, i've been following up with my consultant Miss Priya Yadav to complete the process of registering for the exam, after frequent follow up she has informed that the process has been ramped down, company is closed and informed to contact Mr.Ravi @
ravi.[protected]@mycareercube.com So far there is no response. Looks like it was all a fraud..Has anyone received a positive response from them?

I have been cheated from career cube Team, Delhi, India !

I have taken the PMP online course in month of Dec 2018 with life time access. However, in the June 2019 all the access has been stopped and now I cannot see any of my online trainings or books.

Top of that when I am calling career cube representing then I am not getting any response. Executive from whom I had taken this course is Priya and presently she is avoiding all my calls and watsaap messages.

Looking for your immediate interference in this matter and solve this issue asap.

I enrolled for one of the course on January 29th and requested for cancellation due to below reasons.
=> inconvenient timings
=> immediate batch unavailable.
=> Poor response for creating initial account setup
=> Rude customer care
=> Biased nature before and after enrollment.

Especially, Sales persons Manmeet and Aman these are very dangerous and rude in nature.

Be Aware of these guys and careful while doing the transaction with these guys. Their ill treat after registration is brutal.

I have been contactes by 2 people from this my career cube. 1. Anikt singh 2. Rohini with promising on pmp class room course btwn 23rd march and 6th april 2019 in kl. After making full payment there is no update from them regarding the course and registration for the class. I have tried calling the all the numbers they have give but none can reach them. I guess I have been cheated by these people. Is there any way to get back my money? What can be done for this? Please advice.

Bhavyam Infotech & MyCareerCube headquartered in Singapore both are same entity ( www.mycareercube.com ). They are big time Scam Fraud. Writing this review so that others don't get duped by their conning methods.

I was approached by Aniket Arora from MyCareerCube for TOGAF Certification. I was Offered combined Part 1 & Part 2 Certification Voucher (which if I don't clear in first attempt, they would provide re-test voucher), an access to training portal and test practice data. They offered all this at 495 USD.

Aniket was very persistent in selling the voucher, it started off on professional ground on advantages of services offered at the price. I saw some complaints on Google for #scam & #fraud and was reluctant to purchase but he kept saying matter is to defame them and there are no complaints, but when I did not show any interest of buying the service, then the tone changed to cribbing of young kid, his first job, targets to meet and crying I will lose my job. Started off with filmy dialogues, I am god fearing and trust me I will make sure you get all the services promised and I will be around to support any help needed.

Well since he desperately needed to sell the voucher, I negotiated on the price and finally we settled at all the above services @ 450 USD. Felt I got good deal? This is where the trouble started.

They took sweet time and follow ups to grant me Voucher and access to Training Portal. The Training Portal was piece of crap (do not want to defame the portal as they have nothing to do with this complaint). The lectures were not of good quality, the internal quiz for Part 2 missed the answer to check if you are correct & understood the subject. When I approached Aniket he said it's not his problem, I need to check with the Portal service desk, so I did and they said the answers differ and we could connect you to our SME to discuss particular question you may have at additional cost!

I raised this concern with Aniket and he promised me to get better training access, after continuous follow up he finally gave me login of someone saying he is a friend doing TOGAF and I could use his login. The material was good, but it was short lived, I guess he befriended some other customer in getting login information, because the user might have realized the progress bar & bookmark change and immediately changed the login password.

Now we were back to square, when I raised my concern he said I am trying to get someone to share login credentials for better training portal, when I asked him why the discrimination, he said it is because you bought the voucher cheap and hence you get access to crap training material. So I asked him why wasn't I told that if I negotiate and buy voucher at cheap rate the training material would be impacted he went defensive saying he is doing me a favor of attending my call, and trying to get better training material for me so I should stop chasing him and let him try if he can get someone to share the portal credentials. By the way I never got the test practice dump nor alternate training portal access.

Conclusion: If you are being approached by Bhavyam Infotech
or MyCareerCube, beware and don't fall for all the wooing and crying. The after sales service is crap and entire offer is Scam & Fraud to sell bulk purchased vouchers and sub-standard training material with no promises. I would advice everyone to skip the call and block their numbers to save you time and money and all the hustling and whining that will follow once you show interest in buying the voucher.

Outcome on my issues so far stands at you have Voucher at lower price, now deal with Training Material on your own and practice test to clear the exam. If you fail to clear the exam, we will see how to help you on re-test, but I am skeptical if that would be smooth after the experience, I have had with them.

The person with whom i have spoken initially is Sudhir dwivedi.
He had not provided my any relevant material for the exam.Also he abused me and asked me to do whatever i can.
He is so unprofessional and unethical.

I have tried calling like 10 times everyday and even then he doesn't pick up.

He hasn't provided nay study material and have promised me tha they have very good material from the experts and you will pass the exam surely.

I have got emails from his company as well saying that assurance provided from our side and we will provide you with all the study material and everything.

but they are fraud and cheaters.

he has hacked my account and cancelled the exam as well and have initiated the refund to his account.

I have reported to police as well.

I registered for prince2 foundation with mycareercube last year november they were running a promo for 280usd. I was sent study material and they advised that I will get my exam voucher once full payment was received. I made full payment beginning of december and shubham advised that he will request the voucher from the team and I will receive it the next day. I've been waiting for my exam voucher until this day, i've tried to get hold of their manager abhishek who replied to my email saying shubham left the company and I will have to pay 100usd more for him to release my exam voucher as the promo has ended. My question is, why was there a delay from the beginning and now that shubham left the company who is to be held accountable of this? Nothing was communicated until I sent the manager an email and after a month he gives me this kind of feedback... Is this company legit or are they just fraudsters?

Hi,
I had registered for TOGAF training and certification LMS course and I had paid the amount in full. I am still yet to get any form of communication back on this. It has been more than 6 days.

I am getting to believe that it is a fraud / scam.

Is there a way to get my money back and block such companies to mis use other people like me. I am worried about other future people who will lose money.
