I think a lot of people should be grateful at myself the company tell people from losing a home having a home is important no worse not having a car a job those three things valuable Too Human of course food I'm so grateful I am very grateful everyone from the organization I wouldn't be here right now and I'm glad they are here to help people that makes me feel good inside and I want to say thanks I really appreciate all the people who have a hand how to demand my home

Doing a modification is very stressful and Consumer Debt Law really helped in this process. Alaini Salinas was super and was able to keep calm, even when I wasn't because the mortgage company was not responding. I am sure the covid-19 did nothing to help speed up their response. Alaini even had to pull in her supervisors to get the mortgage company to provide the necessary documentation. I am grateful for their help and the fact that I am now back on the road to keeping my house. Thank you so much!

I utilized the services of Consumer Debt Law Firm to address multiple items on my credit report which negatively affected my scores. Their representatives were very knowledgeable and efficient. They thoroughly explained their process and promptly returned my calls and emails when I had questions. It took approximately 3 months to resolve the negatives on my credit report, which is about what I expected. Initially, I started this long but tedious journey with Melissa with Specialized Housing Counselors--she too was great, The Law Firm helped tremendously, and are greatly appreciated, although most of the communication I received came from Katy with Global Processing, she was definitely the bridge of communication between the mortgage company, law firm and myself, she continuously kept me abreast of what was going on with frequent updates via email and phone calls, which I really appreciated through this 4 month process! . She is a truly a Rock Star!

This law firm caused my mother to go into foreclosure. The representative "John Smith" did not turn in a finished and complete modification packet. This law firm has told us to STOP PAYING OUR MORTGAGE for the past 2 years, causing tens of thousands of dollars in delinquent payments. They advised us not to have contact with our mortgage company whatsoever. Now our mortgage company is completely unwilling to help us through our hardship and mitigation process. Our house is up for auction and this law firm and its complete disregard for our best interest IS TO BLAME.

I cannot thank Consumer Law Firm enough for all they have done. Our interest rate was lowered, payments went from 3367.0 to 2339.00. We will forever be grateful. Alaini, our processor, was nothing short of amazing. She contacted us at a minimum of once a week. I was so worried in the beginning because I'm worried a lot of I was doing the right thing, if we could afford it, etc. she reassured us and talked us through everything. Just trust the process. The team me and my family worked with are great diligent and friendly. I worked with Sasha and Brenda and when I tell you they kept our worries at ease that's exactly what they did. If Brenda wasn't available to answer my worrisome questions Sasha was. They give an update on your file every 7 days. When your asked to submit documents please do so in a timely manner as this is a whole process. Chance and the team at Consumer Debt Law Firm were outstanding. We were near foreclosure due to income loss caused by Covid. The mortgage situation had my payments high. Days Before Christmas I received a call from Kim saying that she was giving me an early Christmas Present and that I was approved. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I could not believe I got into this mess in November (last year) and they were actually the second company I reached out to. I was furloughed from my jobs when the pandemic hit and I did not know where to turn with my bills and mortgage payment. Unemployment payments was a joke compared to what my income was previous.
