Hello my name is Rachel Poole I am a client of Mark Lambert who practice law out of the state of Tennessee which is works comp. An it is hard to get into contact with him an his paralegal James Laws which I've had about 2 others Laura an Adam, but anyway I see him once when I decided to go to his office an I talk to him about 5 time an my case been open since June about 3 weeks ago I call and he said my case was in DEMAND an he'll call me I owe a loan company that he knew that let me borrowed 2, 000 but I have to pay back 3, 000 by Feb 14, 2018. I feel left in the dark not knowing nothing about my case at all not even knowing what my "DEMAND" letter said not to mention I ask him was my 4 children gonna have a good Thanksgiving an a Christmas he said yes but still nothing an Thanksgiving is next week. I just wanna know what's going on with everything am I winning will I be able to get out of debt in time cause since my accident at work an them firing me because I got injured an was going from work 7 months (which wasn't my fault) has made it a problem plus this mess left me with a 5 inch plate an 6 screws in my right ankle. I been leaving him voicemail asking him what to do because my ankle has started acting up on still no response. I guess Morgan & Morgan are not for the people. An I still don't know how much my case is worth I'm not greedy I'm just needy because I have a family an if y'all get in contact with him tell I just wanna know what's going on with my case. If not I'll find another law who cares an will get the job done an I also know on not his only client

I know I am out of date when I contacted you for help, but this has been on my mind, shortly after I contacted your company about the home nursing company that caused my wife to have a stroke because of shoddy care I even had a nurse that would testify but your spokesperson told me that your company could not help me, also I wondered about all the other mistakes that the hospital made and I just found out she died of ovarian cancer. so I do not dare to ask for your help. This has been on my mind, I know your company is a caring company, that is why I am so deeply hurt robert goulet

I retained Morgan and morgan to represent me in a car accident where I was rear ended. 95 percent of my case has been handled by the legal assistant who doesn't quite have it together. Tim Morannis the lawyer... Lori Wolf is the legal Asst. I stopped medical treatment in may of 2017. I was given a settlement agreement for 5300.00 appro. The lawyer did not tell me my funds for pip had exhausted and now I'm told that 2500 come out of that to pay for me going over. I would have stopped had they told me this. I asked if they could negotiate the bill down with the doctor and was told yes. This has not happened. I am spending too much time following up behind the lawyer and legal assistant when they are suppose to be the experts. This case should have been over and done with by now!

This is the second time that I contacted your office and have been pushed away after questioning exactly how much money I expect to gain .the person today

people get or have gotten ( I hypthically figured if full time RN after10 years gets $400.00 a month )at
5 years, it may be $100.00(or less).This is when I am told that this
is not the proper types of legal action for this agency.I was very Quickly told
to find another legal group.Once I was told to go to Legal Aide.My problem is
Not the money, it's that I am being pushed aside because there is no big
Payoff. your ads actually made me feel that your practice was trying to help
but in truth, no one really cares unless there is money, big money is envolved.

I thought the female attorney was on my side that worked with morgan and morgan. She actually sat at the mediation and said I want the same amount the other party is getting for being here. Ummm..Hello..that's MY money. I did all the paper work, I called the drs. I got the proof. Out of 10k I got 7k. People please do not hire them to represent you. She did not care about my job and forced me to resign so she could get her Money faster. They always settle for 10k. She did not do 3k in work. I met her the day of mediation. Cattle call. Quit giving these vultures OUR money. Open your mouths and fight if they are not doing their job! Morgan and Morgan are vultures!

Humana health care had me in hospital waiting until they approved me to return to cancer hospital. I got blood clots in both legs. The rest of my life i will be able to walk long distances. Morgan an morgan said it would be to much work to go after humana. Bayfront hospital kept me in bed after my cancer removal. The gate me a bed pan full of someone else's fecal mater... Morgan and morgan said that the would not benefit in this case. Morgan and morgan for the money

My daughter "tapped" another driver. Literally scratched their bumper. The hit was so light that my daughter's airbags didn't even deploy. We just received a letter from our insurance saying that this firm is representing the other party and asking for $21K in injuries. The physical damage to their car was a scratch that was repaired for under $600. This is unconscionable and should not be allowed. I will be filing a complaint with the Tennessee Bar Association for this unreasonable and illegal action.

These low lives handled a workman comp. case for me by law they get 20% they did plus another $731 DOLLARS for what they, called long distant calls? Didn't know calling in ky was long distance ? An chaged, me $600 extra dollars for a so called medical review don't bother contacting the ky bar association Morgan's have most of them in there back pockets so im, getting ready to contact Washington DC on the bar an the Morgan's don't deal with these, slime bags !

I am a 100% disabled Navy Veteran filing for Social Security due to extensive injuries. I am filing a formal complaint and Vote of no confidence against Attorney Michael T Reese from Morgan & Morgan. He needs to be put on unpaid administrative leave immediately and disbarred preventing him from ever practicing law again.

From January 2016 when he agreed to pick up our case and represent us through July 13, 2016, Mr. Reese not only has not done anything or filed anything on our behalf with Social Security. His office actively engaged in telling us to wait and do nothing. Misinforming us. He has never contacted us personally. His staff has only sent me one blank email in-between January and July. In March my case was supposed to Be brought before Social Security. Because of the Attorney not filing before the due date, Mr. Reese and Morgan & Morgan cost me my date, court case and two years of backpay approximating $20, 000 despite me submitting consistently since 2014, and the attorney have a copy of that in his records.

Mr. Reese has not commented with his staff or myself. Nor has he ever since we acquired his representation in January.

He has done absolutely nothing but cost us our case and made me start over from the beginning twice with Morgan and Morgan. Who have only giving me the run around since January and now knowingly just dropped me.

Mr. Reese does not need to be practicing law if he can’t even represent a 100% disabled Navy Veteran with 20 years of medical evidence stating that I am disabled. If he can’t do that, he doesn’t need to be representing anyone.

Morgan & Morgan passed me off to an attorney in Florida when I live in Tennessee. They waited six months. Told me to send in documents and then when I spend the money sending boxes of sensitive and important medical paperwork pertaining to the case (actually making less work for them), they secretly drop the case and tell me several days later that they dropped me effective July 25th 2016.

This is absolutely unacceptable. Mr. Reese and his staff need to be put on leave of absence immediately.

He needs to never practice law again.

On July 13th, 2016 - 4 months after the deadline - Mr. Reese’s assistant Nicole Smith called me and harassed me for 6 hours, blaming me for being late and not submitting paperwork. This is the first time I have even had a phone call since January. Not only did I have no idea what she was talking about because neither they nor Social Security had called me. But I didn't know my case had expired. Ms Smith and Mr Reese, not only would not help me but refused to file an appeal and even asked me to send paperwork supporting my claim. I did so, and with the mail being in route they dropped my case.

Ms. Smith and Michael T Reese and their their supervisor knowingly mislead me, withheld dates and evidence, refused to call Social Security and waited 3 months to tell me that my case was closed.

This is unethical, sneaky, unprofessional, and just plain wrong. They misled us and told us to wait, how could I know they were wrong? I could only do what they advised me to do. That’s the point of having representation. I have email documentation as well as a witness to these facts.

Not only has Morgan & Morgan not represented me in any way, but they cost me $20, 000 and countless hours of work and stress.

contacted Morgan and Morgan about receiving numerous calls to my cell phone because they advertised they would represent anyone for this. was told I could not get them to help because I do not know the name of the company calling. the same numbers are on the Internet for the same reason so the callers are actively calling people and not giving out the company name. made a list of calls to provide to Morgan and Morgan. wasted my time. they treated me like a number and also do not try to help prospective clients with the very thing they advertise. simply bogus or maybe perhaps in the pockets of the callers. don't know but it is flat out false advertisement.

tl:dr James 'Ty' Lynch was my lawyer. He lost my trial which had clear and gross liability (>50%) on the part of the defendant resulting in massive (>$300, 000) reparation loss for myself and (>$20, 000) costs for his law-firm. I'm not just an unfortunate client, I also presented my case to two appealet lawyers after the fact and can absolutely affirm that it was do to his inability as a lawyer that my trial was lost. Although there were several small mistakes my lawyer made, I'll stick to only the most serious.

I made the mistake of contacting Morgan & Morgan after I was assaulted by employees of a large I-Drive corporation which resulted in life long injuries. One thing I noticed right away was Mr. Ty Lynch's lack of medical knowledge. I (the patent and client) had to explain why these injuries were significant. This should never be the case. It was obvious he was use to the conveyor belt of falls and auto accedents such a heavily advertised personal injury law-firm receives.

The depositions, acquiring medical records and surveillance video seemed to go smoothly. It wasn't until the trial that the faults of my lawyer, James 'Ty' Lynch, showed. The defense lawyers played with him like a cat plays with a mouse. There is important strategy that needs to be implemented when going to trial. Remember, this is essentially about settling for X amount of dollars. A business deal of sorts. Mr. Ty Lynch was unprepared. While we had tons of sufficient evidence Mr. Ty Lynch presented it in an unconfident manner leaving out incredibly important key points. Did my lawyer forget to say these specific things? What was he thinking? The defense lawyers absolutely ravaged my Morgan & Morgan appointed lawyer.

Early on in my trial the defense lawyers motioned for a mistrial because we were lucky enough to attain a knowledgeable medical doctor on our jury. A rare and very favorable (to our side) occurrence. Before they motioned for a mistrial my lawyer discussed it with them and then discussed it with me. This would have been a perfect time to settle. We, judge willing, could have denied the motion which would have added at least another 10-20k to the insurance adjuster's bill for an appeal. This was an armature, and in this case, critical error in my attorneys part and this alone qualifies him as poor council. We should have settled, but instead handed the trial over to the defense.

The next significant misstep Mr. Ty Lynch made was during the second jury selection. He chose a juror who was previously sued by someone 'who was injured in her house'. Again, what in the world was he thinking? This is a major issue. There is no doubt in my mind that she helped to solidify our devastating loss with her biased and partial view.

When we were presenting our case to the jury, we were supposed to show them my deformed leg. Mr. Ty Lynch and I planned it the day before. As I was about to take my dress pants and leg brace off the defense lawyer jeered and said that it wasn't necessary and James 'Ty' Lynch hesitantly agreed. He forfeited such an important exposition that would have only helped our case. To me, it seemed like more of an submission issue than an armature mistake for this particular mistake.

The final, and what I believe to be the most momentous, failure of Mr. Lynch was not discussing the % liability equally or stronger than the defense during the final rebuttal before the jury deliberation. I'll never forget it. After the jury was told how the laws work in Florida pertaining to my particular case and how the % of liability depicts what kind of recovery if any at all (>50% on my part = 0 recovery) is awarded, the defense lawyers made it a point that I was at least 51% at fault for my injury. They said it strongly to the jury during their closing. Mr. Lynch said nothing pertaining to the % liability during his rebuttal. He never said "My client is less than 51% at fault and Sunshine Merger LLC is greater than 49% at fault" or anything like that. He should have. Again, I spoke to TWO appellate lawyers about this and they couldn't believe it. When the jury came back with the verdict, guess what? I was found 51% at fault. Why? Because an authority figure told the jury to vote that way and my council failed to protect me.

I remember When I asked my attorney to appeal the case. He told me that his 'hands were tied' and that I would have to find an appellate lawyer. So I did. Even after my trial, James 'Ty' Lynch continued to fail me. He forgot to tell me that appeals need to be submitted 30 days after the trail. I had to learn this from another lawyer. The last correspondence I had with Mr. Ty Lynch I brought up a few of these points that I discussed above, he dismissed it pushing fault away from himself. He couldn't even own up to it. We live in a country where, with the right council, you can get away with murder. The skill of the lawyer has everything to do with the verdict of the case, not the circumstances of the case.

Look, if you have a simple slip and fall or car accident, maybe Morgan & Morgan could help. But why risk it? I did, and look what happened to me. Morgan & Morgan may spend millions on advertising but you have the Internet and these reviews to help you make a thoughtful decision. If you have anything more then the ailments I stated above I highly recommend you get yourself to an MD/JD law-firm. Remember, a lawyer is like a heart surgeon. They matter. You want the best and the best are not at Morgan & Morgan from my experience. James 'Ty' Lynch guaranteed me a difficult future because of his gross incompetencies. I hired the Morgan and Morgan law firm, 2014, for a rearended truck accident.i had 5 doctors involved in my treatment, (4 were specialist) I had agreat case.i did all the work copied and kept all medical records anything involving my case, I was on top of it.The assigned att.Peter Gee was the most incompetent, unorganized lawyer I have ever met. He cannot function without his para-legals. He did not understand my medical problems and never reached out to my doctors for help. We went in depacetion after that it was decided there would a mediator hired to settle the case, he was horrible. He did not understand because my lawyer did not have glue to help him.He came in looking very impressive (with these files) he was so unorganized he could not find anything I had to fine many documents to fight hard for myself as this process went on with my ineffective lawyer and horrible mediator I knew my case was doomed.i begged for case to be heard in court with judge and jury. Peter Gee insisted this was the way to go.When this circus was finally over I was forced to sign a settlement agreement with the bulk of my medicals dropped or dismissed.Peter a Ghee promise to contact Doctors and medical professionals for help months prior to us going into the mediators meeting he only tried to call at the last minuit . My son- n - law & daughter where envolved in this accident with me, my son- n- law was driving the impact was so great it severed his rotator culp he had some serious surgery. They were in a separate room with there very compataint att. Their lawyer really worked for them and knew what he was doing. With everything handled so poorly for I was told I would never this offer again and let's settle get it over with he(Peter Gee ) wanted his money this case had gone on long enough, (the case July 25, 1913) ended Feb 2016) all Peter Gee did was go back and forward to my children's atts room being knowsy as to how things were going with them and what their settlement was going to be, he was obsessed with them but he had no interest in helping me. I had fight to get my money from him his staff gave me all kinds of excuses he did not submit all of my medical records and information so that cut out my payment and he did a lot of inflated charges of fees . I asked for files what I received where all of the files that I left medical mir's and many things are missing.Peter Ghee kept funds for medicals that I have worked out payments plans and paid.Later because I ask question he return half that money later. I am due to get my court filing my, my children already have theirs that law is refusing to cooperate with me or refund the money they had a young para- legle trained to do noting but give you the run around I dealt with her all day(6-8-2016) she finally emailed me another itemized list of wher all the money went it will make you cry.i wish someone could help me it really bothers me I hired the wrong help what can i do to them, report them, and get my money back.i just looked on line for complaints on Morgan& Morgan it all reads as if I wrote it. I hired Morgan and Morgan Solar to install solar panels on my house. The owner was very unreliable person, because he came to my house only twice and disappeared for weeks. After that he didn’t return my phone calls and behaved suspiciously. I called and texted him, but this man ignored me all the time. The work stopped and I had a feeling that he wouldn’t finish it. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Morgan & Morgan cheats on the government and the customers with a well-developed system of false-claim and false referrals. They advertise on TV that they take personal injury cases, inclusive for cyber-defamation and cyber-bullying, but when you call, they thoroughly intake your all identity package (knowing beforehand that they are not going to help you). After intaking your full name, address, phone number, work info, date of birth and all sensitive ID information, they then declare that they cannot help, and advise (in default) to call some Legal Aid society. Having your all ID and false-case created (including the taped phone conversation when you give them your all info) they then falsely claim for funds from the government or the granters of special programs, cheating and lying that they have handled those cases (the ones they have rejected from the beginning). Given the attorney-client privacy privilege, they know that no one can ask them to provide taped conversations other than ID intake, as they in fact, do not have any other conversation with customers who never became their clients but on behalf of whom they claim false referrals or false process funds from the government or the granters. Shame! If a law firm itself is fraudulent, then this country is sinking deep and fast. In a few years, we will see the government entirely bankrupted.

Morgan & Morgan is most irresponsible law firm I have ever heard about. My claim number was 17-422H371. They took my Snow slip and fall case. They told me to go to only one physician and one chiropractor. I followed same. I have bad backbone. I have a lot of pain and could not work for last 10 months.
Morgan & Morgan dropped my case without informing me that is quite UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. They are so unprofessional that insurance company contacted them several times to send documents but they never responded.

Height of their unprofessional behavior is indicated by the fact that they have dropped my case after 10 months and legally I cannot file my case after 12 months. It means practically I have only two months to file the case.

I would recommend people to go to some smaller Law firm that cares for your case as these bunch of crooks have left me at place where I do not even have sufficient time to find another lawyer and file the case.

I hope nobody else is trapped this way in future, therefore, I will write same review at other places to make more people aware of their behavior.

I wish that I would have took the time to look int morgan and morgan before just hiring them from seeing there ads on TV... I had attorney Henry Mowry (morgan and morgan) in Jacksonville Florida on a workers comp case.. His Secretary Alison Franciscus was the ONLY one that I ever heard from (when she decided to contact me back usually after threats to go above her) My case was closed for months and they were still holding my money in THERE trust fund (gaining interest) and I still cannot even get a response back from her, mr Mowry, and I even contacted John Morgan with no response... PLEASE PLEASE consider another law firm if you are looking for an attorney!

Wow they take their money from the top. They walked away with more money then I got and I was the one who got hurt! For the people bs they are not I wish I had known this case took damn near 4 years to settle and I walked away with 1/4 of the settlement. I hope you can sleep at night

I believe that if you need to solicit individuals via social media and commercials to help validate a letter sent to patients of Dr. Lu by Florida Hospital then you are nothing but ambulance chasers & money hungry. Dr. Lu is a highly regarded Doctor and attempting to ruin his reputation is wrong. Don't you think a patient would have come forward after 5 years if they had a problem with their back surgery? This surgery is not experimental and therefore you are misleading the public. This surgery may have not been performed at Florida Hospital before but there is plenty of information online. I have been a patient of Dr. Lu's since 2001. I trust him with my life and would allow him to perform this procedure on my back. There is no guarantee any surgery will stop pain. But you can stop misleading people. Why not take the money you are spending on commercials and donate it to charity; thereby, doing something worthwhile for the community. I need Dr. Lu's services and I can't obtain it, thanks to you. So stop this attempt at making money at his expense. Now knowing that you are not sincere or "For The People", I would never consider using your service. But I can't wait to see Dr. Lu.

In August of 2013 I slipped on some wet tree roots into a three foot deep hole. After I had taken some photos of an on going road project on Riverside Ave in Jacksonville Florida. I called Morgan & Morgan and talked with them telling them my story a couple of months after it happen. For I twisted my ankle very bad and had several doctor visits because of this fall. I even developed a Blood Clot and spent 4 days in a local hospital. My second call to Morgan & Morgan was what happen to me at the hospital I stayed at during my blood clot problem. And I made that call on 2/3/2014 and was told that they wouldn't take my case. I then informed them that Morgan & Morgan was a joke. And that when you listened to John Morgan on the TV commercials that he can help? Ha! But after seeing these over Complaints about Morgan & Morgan I'm glad they didn't take my cases for all they would have done is screw me also.

My life has been ruined because of Morgan and Morgan. They agree to help sue the hospital for which their employee assaulted me and they screwed me over. They had my case for 6 months my attorney ronny pits said it was because the police report didn't say that is was assaulted from the nurse. Well if the police report was the issue why the hell did they agree to take my case in the first place and make me wait 6 months only to tell me they are no longer representing me!. They waited 6 months because they knew the 6 months to the statue of limitations was going to expire and no other Georgia injury attorney would take my case. I was left out in the cold with no help and on the verge of losing everything that I had. I did have to let 1 of my cars be repossessed because I couldn't afford to make both payments. I had to file bankruptcy in order to keep from losing my home and my credit is severally damaged!. I'm really pissed of at morgan and morgan for how they screwed me over!. I even had medical evidence to prove from the own hospitals emergency room doctor even said I was hurt from the assault from the nurse and that wasn't good enough for morgan and morgan!. They can kiss my where the sun don't shine!. My life is screwed up even more because of morgan and morgan!. Pigs!.
