Morgan and Morgan review
I have been waiting to do this review until my mother got the rest of her money so I do NOTTTT recommend Morgan and Morgan to anyone. They are not for the people they are for themselves! My mom suffered a slip and fall in a big gas station. We called Morgan and Morgan to get some solutions due to my mom have back pain after the slip and fall. They took her info and we started from there my mothers layer was Kristin Karbowski. anything they needed we would get to them right away but I started to notice they would not call us or get back to us. They tried to settle for 10k but die to how much damage we decided to go all the way and negotiate more. My mom’s case just settled in 2023! We would call numerous times only to be able to leave a message with the paralegal and the lawyer my mom had had a new paralegal almost everyday my mom wasn’t even formal introduced over the phone until years after her case started! And only reason her lawyer called her is because she put up a bad review about her! Since the paralegals changed almost everyday it was no consistency at all! My mom’s case settled for about 85,000 or so and she only got 33,000 of it and she was told they would hold 5k until 90 days to ensure they don’t receive anymore charges. Out of that money they charged for everything such as printing papers and for the ink which I thought was ridiculous because most of my mom’s documents were all electronic so she was really charged for nothing. When you call and voice your concerns no one cares! I had to take care of my mother in pain crying because her back hurted so much and they wouldn’t even call to check up on her or at least give us an update on her case literally got resolved 5 years later! I will not recommend Morgan and Morgan to anyone!
I have tried to reach someone to discuss my case with. I received a letter from Medicare telling me my case was settled on September 11,2023 and they want to be reimbursed for the money the paid on an accident I was involved in. I have until November 16th 2023. I still haven't heard anything from Morgan and Morgan that a sellement was made I had to find out from Medicare, no one will respond to my calls or messages. I would no way recommend this law firm they could care less about you. I have got the run around since I hired them, my case started out in Atlanta and ended up in Columbus and v.no one let me know I had to find out myself. Very poor service. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!
