I was in car accident December 9, 2022 that was NOT my fault. Hired Morgan and Morgan, first mistake. Never talked to the lawyer on phone except in a email I sent him complaining about the service, paralegal. Never recovered any money for me
I settled this month and they charge their fee to me out of my $10,000 insurance that I pay. I got $4,200 and they got the rest they lied. Never will recommend Morgan and Morgan to NOBODY.

I have yet to write my personal experience with Morgan and Morgan, Los Angele, which is a detailed complaint of the lack of professionalism honesty and frankly competency in dealing with my rear ended Auto accident and claim. Predicated upon my initial research they are akin to a law firm franchise with one franchise having nothing to do with another. Is advertising is deceptive and intended to be so. You're not represented by 800 lawyers nor there professionals that they rely on for testimony they are all individual offices. Obviously paying John Morgan in my opinion as a franchise creator.
Morgan & Morgan is a fraud understand that people of America and of the world. Great commercials great b******* but that's all it is b*******. John Morgan himself needs to be investgated by the attorney general of the United States as well as the attorney general of the State of Florida and any other state in which he's involved in any way whatsoever by way of his deceptive commercials in my opinion protected by Amendments of the Constitution.
My particular complaint will be stated in another area of the complaint board, for here is still more to be added. For the specifics of my misfortune of retaining Morgan and Morgan, downtown Los Angeles, please refer to CP Perez Los Angeles account of his experience with this so-called law firm.
In order for you to believe what John Morgan States you would have to be very inexperienced and naive as legal matters are concerned as well as law firms in general.Law firms are a particular form of business entitity individually.They don't have 800 lawyers and all else that John Morgan claims in his commercials. In my opinion,it is basically a franchise. An illegal franchise predicated upon their fraudulent by deception advertising by John Morgan which they are all individually attempting to benefit from. They are all participants in the deception. Designed to pray on the naive and inexperienced. Understand you don't need 800 lawyers you need only one good experienced one with honest character and truly is that which John Morgan can only dream of being.. This is my honest opinion based on the false and fraudulent, which constitute the legal malpractice grounds I may pursue if I do not receive what any other or rather what any competent lawyers would have negotiated for with the insurance company which both I and the other party are insured with. My attorney Peter Cho stated that my case was worth 1 million dollars. He was pressing me to accept what he called a bird in the hand of $15,000.! I have not heard from him since he made that statement about a month ago plus. In fact I have not heard from anyone, case manager or associate attorney Darryl Anthony. They have refused to give me their emails or phone numbers. I could only leave messages repeatedly for the case manager who never returned my call except for a September 14th which I returned with no response. To reiterate, both attorneys pressed me to accept a $15,000 submission without my permission or knowledge when there was an additional $50,000 underinsured motors coverage on my policy. $65,000 coverage in total. I truly fear the insurance company accepted the $15,000. Offer made on my behalf without having been

Enough is enough, All that are of similar opinion should come forth.Attorneys should represent themselves as willing to take on this so-called law firm on a class action basis. Why they have not had the courage to do this before is beyond me. They've known all along! America must change where change is needed; meaning, what we have been fed must become fact and not the BS we've experienced.
