Impossible to retrieve my email account after having my phone number changed.
After spending over 1(one) hour with your representatives, They were not able to resolve my situation. You claim that my account was compromised and locked me out of access to it. On top I was told that it will take until June 23 to verify my true identity. I already must have filled out the "Verification Form" umpteen times with out
any result. I am a nurse and rely on my email
For alerts, all my appointments and a lot of vital information became not available to me. If you do not correct this situation within
short time(one) week, I will contact my local Television news station and ombudsmen.
