I reieved a call that my husbands perscription were ready for pick up, I went to the store to pick up the perscriptions and was notified that only 1 was ready and that they were not able to fill the other one - reason was that they had a question about the instructions from the doctor. I was told that they contacted the doctors office yeaterday and was still waiting for a answer -
Why wasn't I notified that my percription was held up for some reason and told that I should contact the doctors office
Why wasn't I notified about this issue before I went to the store to pick up
