Avoid as a plague!
Scammers!
In august 2017 I trusted to this company my car (Ford f 150 2009; vin 1ftpf14819kb44872) to deliver it from miami to antwerp belgium on october 1 2017.
They never delivered it!
They informed me that some driver took it.
They denied to initiate a lawsuit against this person.
They denied to pay the value of the car back.
I paid them $1350 in advance for this transportation.
When I demanded my payment back, they sent me a document where they basically said that if I want to get the transportation fees back I must first to waive my claims concerning my car.
A lawsuit against this company is in preparatory progress.
A fbi investigation complaint against this company is in progress.
A federal trade commission (Ftc) investigation complaint against this company is in progress.

Shipping to europe - no feedback after paying the transportation fee
We won some items (machines) on an auction site and needed an international shipping (from USA to Hungary). We tried to find international shipping companies on the Internet, e-mailed to 5-6 companies, but only Marine Transport Logistics answered. We started our business, agreed in price and terms, then paid for the shipping. After the payment we didn't get any feedback even if we e-mailed them 3 times. We are lost, because from Hungary (Europe) it's very hard to complain successfully. We need an urgent help how to go forward.

Marine Transport Logistics lost license plates of car shipped overseas. Once found, MTL won't return plates unless vehicle owner pays more. Manager Dimitry Alper is arrogant, with attitude "I have your plates, what are you going to do about it?" Firm also delivered car missing 2 valves from inside the tire stems. All that was holding the air in tires were the 2 plastic caps. Could have caused fatal accident if tires had deflated while driving it from port.

They informed me that their subcontractor took my car and the title and they cannot retrieve it and they will not file a lawsuit against this subcontractor.
I sent them my claim against their company for recovering the car value +- $12000, 00, they ignored it.
I paid them $1375 in advance for this transportation.
When I demanded my payment back, they sent me a document where they basically said, that if I want to get the transportation fees $1375 back I must first to waive my claims concerning my car against their company and sign this document.
When I refused, they stopped to communicate with me.
Until now, I didn’t receive refunds, or my car.
I’m reporting this incident to prevent future scams of this company.

Unfortunately, i must confirm that MTL are crooks of the worst kind.
i am an international shipping agent. On a colleagues recommendation, i used MTL to handle the shipping of my client's car as a sub-contractor. i am a professional shipping agent and in the business for over 10 years. MTL was the first and only agent i ever used who stole my customer away from me.
i had a quote from MTL to handle the shipping of my client's car. When my client dropped off their car, MTL (Dimitry) reviewed *my* quote which i had given to *my* customer. it was about $250 higher than MTL's quote to me to cover our Customs Clearing and handling services in Israel.
The crooks at MTL charged *my* customer $250 MORE than MTL had quoted me and then refused to hand this extra amount over to me. They further sold *my* customer insurance and again refused to hand this amount over to me as I had already issued an insurance policy at my customer's request.
if they cheat and steal from a professional colleague...what will they do to a one-off customer who does not understand the business?

I cant say about this company anything good. They only can talk nicely with you. I send my car to Europe. Before shipping I installed new wheels on a car and paid for container shipping from port in Klaipeda to Minsk. But they send car not in container, on track. And they change my wheels from new to old. They steel it! When I went to MTL manager to try to solve the problem, they only said:" sorry, but we cant help you." The worst company ever! and during transportation they make also big damage
U.S. plates cannot be used overseas, nor are they worth anything. I find it hard to believe that anyone would want to keep your plates as they are simply a useless piece of metal. I have used this company in the past and have never had any such issues with them. The staff has always been polite to me and they handled my requests professionally.
