[Resolved] Makro Online / ordered made and not delivered

I placed and paid for an online order with Makro online on 26 Nov 2017. Order number MAK740280 . I then emailed 10 days later and received no reply (online.support@makro.co.za) and makrocare@makro.co.za. I phoned their online helpline [protected] as well as [protected] and was hung up or never answered- I did this 5 times. Today is the 07 of Dec 2017 and I am still not in possession of my items and am unable to get any response from Makro on what is happening or been refunded.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
