LovelyWholesale clothing & eyewear

I placed an order for 50$ of eyewear for a photoahoot feb 15 it is now march 3 and my order ticket is still saying waiting shipping 3 days later i orders clothing from them and my ticket has been saying shipped for 4 days now and i still haven't received anything i'm a little confused and worried I really need these items by a deadline smh i'm really disappointed

LovelyWholesale shipping

I made a purchase and purchased the expedited shipping which was $30.00 anatomy total was $53.81. I received a papal receipt that notified me of everything I purchased including the expedited shipping but once I received my lovelywholesale receipt it said the same amount was taking off my card which was $53.81 but they had a different shipping method listed. I need my order for a trip and I need what I paid for.

LovelyWholesale one dress and 3 tops

I order some items from lovelywholesale.com never again the most terrible service I have ever had... I placed 2 orders and one of them I paid and the other one is unpaid they took the $51.31 out of my paypal account but they acting like they don't have any idea about what i'm talking about saying my items are unpaid... No tracking # no nothing so I had to open an dispute about my order with paypal I don't even want the items anymore keep them just give me my money... After reading all these reviews i'm so over them and I just want my money back and I will get my money back one way or another... I'm not sure who they think they are playing with but i'm the right one!

LovelyWholesale shipping

I paid extra to have my orders shipped to me and I still have not even got a tracking number . I tried to open a ticket it says wrong email. No im entering the rite email address I'm leaving Friday morning for Miami I just wanna know if my orders will get to me by Thursday that's all, it would be really nice if they had a contact number or at least an email address I don't want to open an dispute with my bank I just want an answer

LovelyWholesale shipping

Have been waiting on my shipping to come in the mail since 1-19-17 and every time I try to get on their to see if my tracking number is up and it's not and it keep saying I didn't pay for it but they took it out my bank account and they also send me emails stating that they have received my payment 😡😡😡😡 it's no way to get in contact with them numbers doesn't work or emails

LovelyWholesale shipment

I ordered multiple items on 12/30/16 for an event I planned on attending on 1/15/17. I thought shipping would be delayed due to the new year's, but I had a friend who used the site previously and it seemed to be pretty prompt. On 1/9/17, I had noticed I still had not received tracking information so I decided to check the website. When I did, it stated the order was still being processed. I reached out to the support center via website and they stated "sorry, the order is now being processed some items will be shipped now and the remainder when they are ready, OK?" I feel like this was not a successful resolution nor a professional way to handle this. As a business if you make a mistake, you should fix it. Either refund the money for shipping since it is over $50 and/or expedite it. Also I felt that some sort of explanation should have been provided but was not.

LovelyWholesale my dress order from december 5th

I ordered a dress and its the 29th of december and it still hasn't come. The website says that my order number is wrong which I got off my viewed order. Tried to track it and it says my tracking number is wrong. I tracked it through del and its not found the tracking number. I never had this problem before when I ordered before, I have ordered twice before and had not as many issues as this time. I want my dress or the money put back on my card. I have tried to contact the company the customer service number is bull. I cannot check my order number on the website because it says it doesn't exist. Something has got to giver.

LovelyWholesale - wanting a refund and can't make any contact with customer service.

I keep trying to submit a ticket and my email is already put in for me, it keeps saying enter a valid email!!! I press submit and it keeps saying field required. Im very disappointed. I ordered this for my birthday and still can't get any help through lovely whole reps at all. This is the most unsatisfactory customer service Ive ever delt with. They need to stop being cheap and redesign their website.

purchased over $250 dollars worth of clothing and seven pair of jeans were defective and poor quality and i would like a refund for just those seven pair of jeans and i haven't received a return call at all just a message requesting photos that there website won't allow me to upload

LovelyWholesale - order was not expedited and completely wrong.

I place an expedited order on 9/22/16 asked for a refund on the 28th cause it had not been shipped out yet. Jerry the complaint guy says they were still waiting on some pieces. I told him whatever they did please do not ship and to refund my money. He shipped it anyway. I order a long sleeve cover up . and got short. The pants were nothing like it...

LovelyWholesale cheap looking clothing

I've ordered a few outfits from lovelywholesale website and when my order finally arrived none of them looked like the picture. I was extremely disappointed and disgusted at the same time. Everything I received looked rubbish and was made out of cheap material. I waited over a month for my items to arrive and received an absolute garbage! Of course I've tried to get my money back, but could not do that because they ignored all my messages and never replied! I will never order anything from here again and I suggest others to do the same.

LovelyWholesale so mad!!

I made a huge order and purchased 8 items from LovelyWholesale. They charged over $150 from my card. Then I checked the reviews about their horrible quality clothes and decided to cancel my order. I contacted their customer service and they said that my items where in the process of being shipped out so they couldn't refund me. They said that I can wait for my items to arrive and then return everything back for a refund. Three weeks passed and still no shipment has been received! I contacted them many times and asked where my order was, but there was no response! Never again I will order anything from these scammers!

LovelyWholesale complete trash!

This is so unacceptable! I ordered some items from LovelyWholesale and never received a confirmation email or my tracking number. And it took about four weeks for my order to arrive. I received it several days ago and was disgusted with the quality. The materials were very thin and cheap, clothes were see through and super shiny! Also, everything I received did not fit, because sizes were absolutely incorrect. I am so disappointed! And for the people writing positives reviews, they must really be getting paid. Avoid this website at all costs!

LovelyWholesale absolutely terrible!

This company is absolutely terrible, I'm very disappointed! I placed an order and after they took my money I was expecting to receive a confirmation email, but got absolutely nothing! Two months passed and my order finally arrived. Quality of the items was ridiculous, materials were very thin and cheap! Not to mention that sizes were incorrect and everything I received was super tiny! I bet all the positive reviews about them are fake! There are people who are paid for writing those. Please, avoid LovelyWholesale at all costs! I'll try to get my money back.

LovelyWholesale the order was undelivered to my place

4 weeks ago I have bought dress from www.lovelywholesale.com. I received the confirmation of the purchase and they promised to update where the dress would be soon. I received some of the updates, and three days ago I checked the information. The dress was in my city. I waited and was so excited, but one the next day I checked the status and it showed that the dress hasn’t been delivered to my address. How is it possible? The seller kept silence.

I am experiencing same problem. Yesterday I got a text message stating that my package was drop off on my porch because I was unavailable. Mind you I was home with my kids and heard no knock or doorbell. I ran to the porch and searched in vain. I called SF Shipping and was told UPS confirms that my package was dropped off and signed. Okay ! first it was dropped off, so who signed ? I thought no one was home as they claimed. I am still chasing the wind on this one. $137 of stuff. BS

LovelyWholesale they sent me awful clothes

Don’t buy from the company www.lovelywholesale.com. I have ordered two separate clothes from this website, but both times I received real crap. I paid through PayPal and when I faced the problem, when the seller refused to return money back. I asked PayPal to return money back, and they promised to contact the seller. But still no information. The company is really dishonest and unreliable.
