animal testing in china and other countries
Shame on you L'Oreal. I sent back all of my L'Oreal products years ago when I found out you did animal testing in America. It seemed to have worked as you said you stopped doing that. Good for you. Now we come to find that your factories in China and other non Western countries still use animal testing to test Cosmetics? How small-minded and selfish of you. I will be sending my L'oreal products back as well as prompting all friends and family to do the same. I have a very large following and we'll make sure we impact your marketshare until change happens. Shame.

Three bottles..yep... and each 1/4 full AND I cannot get it out. The push button does not release any of it. How can I get to it? I am absolutely devastated.
I have used your hair colourants for years and never had to complain until now.
I used the colourant correctly as I have always done. However, I am now silver grey instead of blonde.
I am missing out on dinner tonight as I am so embarrassed.
I still have the box and empty contents incase you require them. This was purchased yesterday at morrisons in morton park in darlington.
I am so very upset and angry. It is now going to cost me more money to go to the hairdresses to have this put right.

everpure sulfate free anti-brass shampoo
My hairdresser recommended EverPure Sulfate Free Anti-Brass shampoo. The tube WOULD NOT CLOSE PROPERLY and leaked everywhere! I returned it to the store, and looked at other tubes, thinking mine was defective. MANY of the other tubes would not close properly either. You should change packagers. I notice other customers have complained also; it's not just me! PLEASE do not send me a "canned" message like "we are so sorry" etc. FIX THE PROBLEM!
l'oréal colorista in the color indigo
I had bleached blonde hair, I was looking for a little non permanent pop of color. So I bought your product in the color indigo. It said it would wash out in a couple washes, so it sounded perfect. I was so exited! So I dyed my hair and it turn out purple/pinkish wasn't exactly the color I wanted but I went with it because I thought it was cute. Then after the second wash it turned green?!? Bright green! I've washed it about 30 time in the last 3 weeks and it still green not as bright but nowhere near gone. I'm so disappointed with you product. Its caused so much damage to my hair after all the washing and trying to get the hair out with your color wash made to remove this hair dye. Needless to say that I will never buy another one of your hair products and will keep all my friend and family from trying it as well!
2 step nail polish set

I bought a £7.99 gel nail polish set at my local Superdrug store, used it and it went on like water then applied 2nd coat very patchy and watery, took it back to shop for a refund manager said no refund was advised to contact the company to make you aware and see if there is anything you could do for a refund, all my make up products I buy are loreal I decided to try a different nail polish and was very disappointed with the result

Hi.
I have been using L'Oréal prodigy in chestnut color since a year now. I mostly color my hair every two months. First few times were wonderful. But lately, two times, I dyed my hair and the grey hair were not covered at all. I had to repeat and still no coverage. I bought the color from four different places, all with expiry in 2019 and made in Belgium.
Can you please guide me as in what I should do now? I really loved the results of my previous attempts with the same product. I want to continue using it but it's not the same anymore..

I bought this hair color for my daughter. We were both looking forward to coloring her hair the smoky lavender color. I colored her hair tonight, September 2, 2017. I just bought the haircolor, it is not old. She is a medium blonde. We follow the directions exactly and no color was changed in her hair. I have been using L'Oreal products for the past 25 years, and I have never had a complaint. Hair has always looked exactly how I wanted it to and it is been terrific. This experience with my daughter's hair is ridiculous. I am very unsatisfied. This color did not change my daughter's hair one bit. I would like a refund. She's disappointed, I'm disappointed, and now I have to look for another brand that I don't know to color her hair. I'm very disappointed in this product.

I ordered this product Laurel Hair Spa Deep Nourishing Creambath 490 gm with Hydrating Concentrate from Flip-kart. I got a complete duplicate product and also the quantity was not full. Please make sure that these fake products aren't selled by such website. It is very very disappointing. Also the tag is not proper and the item barcode is also not properly visible. Please take care of this.
purple hair dye
bought a purple hair dye from you and it shows on the colour chart that brown turns a nice deep purple colour. there was little change in colour. my hair is still brown with a horrible red tinge to it. not happy at all. was a complete waste of money and extra damage to my hair for no results. will now have to go buy another dye to get rid of this horrible colour. yayy more damage to my hair 😑
true match mineral powder
Love the coverage, hate the mess. First when you open the powder to use the blush brush the powder has shifted and gets all over my shirt, counter and sink. I use to use this other powder that had holes in between the container and the brush, it worked out great. Just a suggestion. Please let me know if you have any suggestions for me as well. I use this product on my hair I saw no results at all . I even pre lighten my bottom part of my hair so I can get a vibranct look.
The lighten part turned light brown to blackish brown, total waste of money and time on this product. I have dyed my hair many times this is the first to have to so much disappointment.
I am pretty certain I followed all the instructions and it says it's for all hair types especially for brunette. I don't understand why it didn't work.

l'oreal telescopic mascara
I have been using the above mascara for many years and have never found another which suits me better. My complaint is that lately it has been increasingly difficult to open a new one. I know it is for my "hygiene and protection" but it is almost impossible to remove the tight shear packaging and I need to allow myself at least 15 minutes if I know I have to open a new one! This may seem a trivial complaint but I would be grateful if whoever is reading this email tries to open a new one themselves.

I just purchased an mascara from walgreeens in new iberia la... And I used to loveeee loreal products but when I open the tube it was drieddddddout and the brushes.. Most of them was broken completely off!... I was so upset... I took it back put I lost my receipt and they didnt let me get another... Thats sucks!... And was so angry I threw itout my car window... Good day, I made a purchase of the above on 15th June 2017 to the value of £9.99 from Superdrug in Thornton Heath Surrey CR7 7JG
When I got home and opened the product to use, i was quite happy to see the £2.00 off voucher inside as described on the product packaging.
I recently went back to Superdrug to make another purchase of the above with intention of using the voucher received on 15/617 towards payment but told the voucher had expire, to which I was quite surprised. I took the voucher from the cashier and looked at it, she was correct, the voucher had expired, date of 01-10-2016!
How could that be possible with a recently purchased item? I asked to speak with the store manager (Prashad) who informwed me that I need to take up the issue with L'Oreal.
Please can you explain why this voucher expired 9 MONTHS before my original purchase in store? Your response would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
My daughter recently purchased your Infallible fixing mist, but after following the instructions twice, once under my guidance, the product leaves a milky residue on the surface of her face that does not flash off or dry clear. I'm not sure if the product is faulty, or if it doesn't suit all users.
I tried to obtain a refund from Superdrug this morning, but as it's makeup they will not refund, with or without a receipt.
The item was purchased in superdrug in Canterbury on the 17th August.

Very unhappy coustoumer! I bought a set of stick on nail which cost me $14 and i am very unhappy with them they are way to flimsy and bend very easily. Ive only had them on for not even 2 hours and one already bent and it looks bad! Not impressed at all for the price i paid for them they should be stronger. I use fake nails all the time and i must say that these ones are by far the worst ones ive tried...
