My husband and I ate lunch not long after opening. It took 20 minutes for our order to be placed because our waitress was in the phone by the bathrooms. There were 5 tables full around us, 3 were complaining that they had been waiting 15+ minutes for their checks. Finally our waitress apologized stating that she was a bartender and didn't know what she was doing. After we ate some of our Stone cold food we talked to the manager and he said he would send a 50$ card by email.. Of course never got it.. As he was writing our info down on his pad we noticed there were about 6 more names on it for complaints.. The couple behind us also complained and he took their info... All in short the manager is a liar and does not care about getting customers back.
