do not order any special order furniture from them! We ordered a recliner in a fabric different from what was stocked by them.. When it was delivered it appeared to be exactly as ordered. However after a few hours of sitting in the chair back pain starts. Everyone that has tried the chair for more than 15 min notices this. After 1 yr, the problem still exists. This was their top of the line chair. They were notified about this problem within a few days of delivery and sent someone to our house to inspect. They found the chair to be made according to specs and refused to do anything. I contacted Robert Levin and he could care less that he has lost my business forever as well as many people i influence. Once you take delivery, they do not stand behind their products
