I purchased a bed frame from Danetti in June of 2020 and while I had some issues with it, I was drawn to the design and decided not to raise any concerns. However, I have since discovered that the bed has two configurable support pieces underneath that, even when configured to the lowest setting, elevate the surface of the bed that they support. This has caused my mattress to sag and become uncomfortable.

I reached out to Danetti with pictures clearly showing that the bed frame was intact and the mattress was sagging. After several follow-ups, I finally received feedback today. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with tried to convince me that the issue was with my mattress, despite the fact that it is three times more expensive than their bed and feels/looks great when on the floor or on another bed.

Danetti team, I implore you to prioritize comfort when designing your products. While they may be visually appealing, you are risking the structure of people's spines by not considering the comfort factor. Additionally, please do not waste your customers' time if you are not willing to investigate an issue outside of the warranty period. Finally, please teach your customer service team to be respectful and lose the dismissive attitude. It is important to treat customers with kindness and understanding, especially when they are experiencing issues with your products.
