LBC Express — parcel delayed
I have a parcel shipped on April 27, 2017 from Quiapo Manila to San Isdro Nueva Ecija. In the receipt, the pick up date is April 28, 2017. When I went to lbc San Isidro branch early morning April 29, 2017 the representative told me that my parcel was not yet there. I gave him the tracking number, he tracked it and he told me that the information he can gave to me is that the parcel was for delivery and he can't gave the right time/day when it will arrive to them. I explained to him that it was about yesterday to pick up. but then he ignore what I've said. So I suggested that if ever there are instances like delays of delivery you should inform you customers about their package so that they will not expect and will not come to the lbc branch to pick their delayed parcel. I'm so disappointed. This is not the first time I
encountered this kind of services. I complain now because i experienced this many times. I hope it will never happened again.
