LBC Expressdelayed dispatch since more than 6 month my cargo

I have a box tracking no.[protected].. . Is been collect 2nd of august 2016 and the information given to me by the lbc while I am made a follow up call with them is been in the custom since sept 28 2016 but why it is pending for a long time and now is nearly 6 month. And everytime I made a follow up call is still the same answers.. Please I want to know what happen to my box if its loss so you responsible to refund all the declared items contain on my box... Im waiting for the answers please let me know what action I need to do so that we can sort the problem im working hard to buy the things that they need in the phil so I want to refund all the declared items if its loss already or I will tell to my brother in the phil. To ask for a help an answer for the delayed and detect it..In the office of the custom... Sarah warde [protected]...
