LBC Express unposted payment

Last november 30 nagbayad ako sa LBC cubao farmers para sa security bank credit card ko amounting to 6250 pesos.Hanggang ngayon December 17 wala pa din yung payment ko.Ilang beses na kong nagpapabalik balik at nakakausap ko lagi si miss nhelda.unang punta ko finollow up nya sa bayad center at ang sabi naremit na daw.tumawag ako sa security bank pero ang sabi wala pa daw payment and they advise me to send a copy of the receipt which I did.nakareceive ako ng message from security bank na naghihintay pa daw sila ng feedback sa bayad center.balik ako ng LBC wala pa din silang masagot sa akin hanggang sa follow up na lang daw.Bumalik ulit ako after ilang days ang sabi hindi daw nanotify ang LBC ng bayad center na nakahold ang payments for security bank.hiningi nila ulit ang card number ko at manually daw babayaran ng bayad center and then they will update me this happenede dec.12.hanggang ngayon december 17 walang update mula sa kanila at wala pa din payment ko.nagsearch ako ng number ng LBC cubao at tinawagan ko sila and unfortunately naka leave si mam nhelda.wala pa din silang mabigay na date kung kelan mapopost payment ko and nacharge na ko ng late payment fee at finance charge amounting to more than 900 pesos and di ko magamit card ko dahil sa payment na di nagpopost.ang masaklap pa binigyan nila ko ng number ng bayad center na wala naman sumasagot!

LBC Express delayed delivery

Hi! I just want to complain about the delayed delivery of the package that was sent to me with the tracking number of [protected]. It was sent last dec. 10, 2016 and still didn't arrive until now. I tracked the package and it's says "received at vcargo exchange" since dec. 10. I would like to request an immediate action of my delivery because the content of the package is urgent. Hi! I wasn't expecting that you would deliver my order today. Your delivery guy seemed to be in a hurry manner. So what happened was, he came to my door and deliver the stuff I ordered, but I could not receive the item right away since I ran out of cash(since I was not expecting that my order will be delivered today, plus you did not notify me or text me about this), but that is not my concern. My issue is that, I begged him to please wait, I'll just go to the ATM(which is like 50 steps away from my home) and withdraw some cash, he then said yes. So there, I withdrew some cash, and of course, ATM doesn't spit out coins, that is why I needed a bit more of his time, I advised him to wait a lil longer, I'll have my 1K bail changed. And there... He was like... ANO BA YAN! NAKAKAABALA KAYO! And walked away! 16120408518GRJD

LBC Express my package is not shipped

this is terrible... I was sent a package last Nov. 23 and it is an important package, I'ts barely needed and it is not delivered, according to the tracker it is still in the Metro Ayala Cebu LBC branch even up until today the 9th of December, no actions taken, i felt robbed, cause my item costs so much, and now they are not shipping it, still at metro ayala, please send me my packge im contacting the metro ayal branch but they are not picking up the phone, i need it! send it!

LBC Express tracking and delivery

Erim WB1895918 was transferred to LBC on 12-06-2016 ref # [protected] but it stil cant be tracked. Passed around frm one LBC rep to anoder Erim rep only to find out dat my package was offloaded! Ung kasabay kong mg.order frm Cebu nakarating na ung package nia today! Anong petsa na offloaded parin bah?! Im loyal to a company hu doesnt treat their clients wid loyalty! Umayos kayo LBC!

LBC Express shipment arrival

Lbc turtle service as always will be. The website clearly states that the package will arrive yesterday december 7, 2016 but until now, not a word or text message from lbc. This service is horrible as ever. The cheaper option which is jrs is better because they fail to deliver my package in 1 to 2 days of waiting only. Surprisingly lbc which is much more expensive takes more than 5 days of waiting. Thumbs down to lbc or until they can improve their service.

LBC Express very poor delivery service

good day lbc,

gusto ko lang po mag reklamo sa mga staff ng lbc dito sa iriga city, camarines sur bicol branch. mga walang ugali at masusungit ang delivery boy dito. sabi sa staff ko sa office na pag wala daw ako bukas dun na 10am ako nalang daw ang mamasahe at kumuha sa opisina nila sa iriga. eh di nga sila nag text o nag inform na mag dedeliver na sila! tapos kasalanan pa ng costumer na wala dun at di nya nadatnan! bakit ganun ang systema nila sa lbc iriga city, camarines sur, bicol branch! mga walang modo at ugali! sabi sakin di daw nila trabaho ang mag text sa costumer kasi alam na nila kug saan mag dedeliver, eh pano nga po kung umalis at walang tao sa dedeliveran nila... wala silang proper coordination sa costumer tapos sila pa ang galit! ano ba yan lbc! di ganyan sa ibang branch mga masusungit ang sa iriga city brach mga walang ugali! di gaya ng sa legazpi city branch na approachable at nag tetext pag sila ay mag dedeliver. please sana maaksyonan itong reklamo ko kasi pangalawang beses na tong nangyari sakin and worst experience ever! sana maging magalang at approachable ang mga staff ng lbc sa iriga city, camarines sur bicol brannch lalo na ang mga delivery boy sa iriga city city, camarines sur bicol branch. sana may mag yaring aksyon dito sa email ko at di masayang ang reklamo ko!

LBC Express worst undelivered package!!!

Delivery system is worst.. The delivery guy called said cant deliver the package due to traffic jam and he wants me to go to his location instead he like a few blocks from where I live and still cant deliver the item!..he even promised to deliver it earlier the next day but didnt receive any..You charge us for delivery fees which we are willing to pay but cant even deliver package properly..so why not just inform us that packages are not really delivered at the address we gave and that we need to search for the location of the delivery guy and so LBC should pay us for searching as well.. your delivery personnel sucks! Baguio area..

LBC Express unreliable balikbayan box pick-up service

We can use another LBC Balikbayan servicer in northwest FL. The LBC rep cannot handle the timely pick-up of the boxes. Representative are not clear of pick-up time, makes customer wait and waste their time. Not service oriented. Not worth the money to pay for. I will not LBC Balikbayan services in Northwest, FL. Better to use the established and professional service from the Forex Cargo Services. It is worth the money.

LBC Express tamad mga delivery guy dito!

Good Day! I just want to complain yung mga delivery guy dito sa amin kasi napakatamad mag deliver! Kaya nga ako nag purchase through online para edeliver nila as bahay ang items tapos gusto pa nila ako ang pupunta dun warehouse nila dito! Nung Saturday tumawag ang delivery guy na d raw nya madeliver yung item kasi marami daw syang idinideliver tapos sabi nya sunday nlng daw kasi may overtime sya at tuesday pa naman raw ma return yung Item. lunes na ngayon at hapon na nag miscall lng sila at d na tumawag ulit at yung item na inoorder ko di parin nila dinideliver. Sana naman pagsabihan nyo lahat ng mga delivery guy na kahit gaano pa yan kasuluksulokan yang pupuntahan e edeliver nila kasi trabaho nila yun! Ilang beses na akong nag order online yung dati e na received ko naman sa bahay pero ngayon halos lahat d na pupunta sa bahay. I'm a busy person at malayo ang bahay namin dun sa branch ninyo dito kaya d ako mka punta. Same din sa isang item ko last week di nila e deliver kung d ako nag complain!

LBC Express delay in door to door delivery

to whom it may concern,
I am writing this complaint due to the extreme delay in the delivery of a cash transaction with the tracking number [protected], it has been well over a week past the day that LBC told the shipper that it would be received at the address I specified. I also contacted the Zapote LBC to contact me if the cash or the courier had arrived. and from that branch i was told that I would be contacted within the following day if the cash or the courier had arrived.
the supposed.
the day it was expected to arrive was 11/15/2016. and Zapote LBC had also sent an email to the main branch to redirect the deliver to Zapote LBC which was already the destination.
the LBC Express site also does not provide details regarding the tracking number.
it is inexcusable that a domestic shipping deal take so long. kindly address the problem ASAP.

LBC Express mistake of an lbc staff

To whom it may concern:

This is to inform your office of the incident that gave discomfort to me as the sender and to the consignee as well.

The tracking number is [protected]. I am lorna agustino maglangit, the sender and the consignee as I wrote, it was ermark/sheryl maglangit cena and not metro retail store as it was written in the official receipt (Or). Please see attached xerox copies (Exhibit 1 & 2).

I sent my package last nov. 18, 2016 at 2:04p. M.In the lbc outlet at cityland herrera tower, rufino cor. Valero st. , salcedo village, bel-air, makati city. It was ms. Danalyn bragais, lbc staff who processed my transaction. When she handed me the or to affix my signature, she did not tell me to check the details if those were correct. I did not check the details because I trusted her that she will encode the name of the consignee correctly and the address is not a problem because the instruction was for pick-up at the lbc main outlet in panabo city. I been sending packages to my son ermark maglangit cena almost every week during the months of october 2016 and november 2016. I did not encounter any problems until last november 19, 2016 when my son ermark went to the lbc outlet to pick up the package.

I did not notice that the consignee’s name in the or was not the same to the one I wrote in the form I filled-up in the receiver’s name. Ermark went to the panabo city lbc outlet in poblacion last nov. 19, 2016 at 5:30p. M. To inquire about the package if it arrive. I did not text him the tracking number because I did not remember where I kept the or. I just told him to give his name as the consignee. The lbc staff in panabo city knew him as their regular costumer that always pick up his package in the lbc outlet. When he asked if his package arrived, the concerned lbc staff at panabo city told him that there was none in his name as the consignee when they tracked the package in the system. My son informed me thru text that the package did not yet arrived in panabo city. I searched for the or and I was able to recover it. Using the tracking number I found out that it arrived in panabo city lbc main outlet on nov. 19, 2016 at 3:30p. M. I was disturbed why the panabo city lbc staff did not give the package to my son when in fact it was already in their position.

At 6:30p. M. On november 19, 2016, I called up the lbc team leader in panabo city and that was the time I knew the reason why they did not give the package to my son because the consignee’s name was not ermark/sheryl maglangit cena but the consignee’s name was metro retail store as written in the or. I felt furious and told the lbc team leader in panabo city to release the package to my son as soon as possible even if their office was already closed. The contents of the package included food items and needed to be refrigerated as soon as possible. The lbc team leader called my son to pick up the package even if they were already closed. Ermark went to their office and got the package. I knew it was not the mistake of the lbc staff at panabo city but, it was the mistake of ms. Bragais, the lbc staff in herrera tower who processed my transaction.

Last monday, november 21, 2016 at 5:00p. M. I went to lbc outlet in cityland herrera tower to confront ms. Bragais about the mistake she did. Her reason to me why metro retail store was written in the consignee’s name in the or was a system error. Before going to the outlet I called up 2 customer service representative to ask if the mistake committed by ms. Bragais was a system error or a personal error. Both csr told me that it was not a system error. Ms. Bragais lied to me in her reason in committing the mistake. I also noticed that on that same day another costumer was complaining another mistake committed by ms. Bragais. The or of the lady costumer was also incorrect, the sender’s name was written in the consignee’s place and the consignee’s name was written in the sender’s place. Good for that woman that she was able to check her or and made corrections before signing the or. That same incident confirmed my thought that ms. Bragais is a careless lbc staff.

In this connection, I would like to ask for a disciplinary action for ms. Bragais so that the next time she will process any transactions she would be careful not to commit mistakes in typing the names of the consignee, the sender and the addresses of both. If she will commit the same mistake in the future, I would recommend that you may give her due penalty or may terminate her because carelessness would bring mistrust to your clientele.

LBC Express pesopak/lbc lower g/f farmers plaza cubao

I requested door to door delivery for the money that i sent they mistakenly encouded pick up, after 2 days receiver did'nt receive it yet. When i checked, they reprocess the transaction then i paid another transaction fee. That's how you do business, you do the damage and mistake then customer has to pay extra. Very nice. I will tell it to everyone I know.

LBC Express customer service agent

I want to complain your Customer Service agent Ms. Arrianne Espiritu. When I called to ask about my the status of my package. She answered me that the package just arrived at the sucat Lbc. When i told her that i called last tues nov 8 2016. One of the Customer service agent told me that is already at sucat lbc and ready for delivery. And it will be delivered the earliest is thurs. And the latest will be Friday. And today is friday already. So I told her, your telling me that it just arrived at sucat. I got mad bec i don't know who is telling the truth. She told me that she is reading the shippng information. I said i don't believe her. Co'z iba iba ang sinasabi ninyo. So my voice got loud and shouted that kelan nyo ba talaga madeliver yan. And her voice got loud also and told sige sir follow up ko na lang. i told her bakit ganyan ang boses mo at parang ikaw pa galit sakin. Sabi ko wala kang karapatan magtaas ng boses sakin. Dahil customer service ka dapat tulungan nyo ko na maayos yan package ko. Hindi daw sya nag tatas ng boses. Pero galit sya kung magsalita. I reported her to her supervisor ms. Bel Catalan. This Arianne Espiritu is not fit to be a Customer service Agent. Kung ang sinabi nya sakin sige sir gawan ko na lang na ma follow up yun package nyo para madeliver kagad. Edi nag sorry pa ko na pasensya na ikaw ang napagalitan ko. Eh hindi eh mayabang pa sya kung maka sagot. I hope you do whatever measure you have to do with her. But she's not fit to be a Customer Service Agent. I hope to hear from you about what happen to my complain. Here is my cel number [protected]. LBC Express balikbayan box opened and took some valuable items

kindly track all of my mothers recent transactions with balikbayan boxes that was opened. you may ask how do we know it was opened. i'll tell you.my mother sent the box before her flight back home from malaysia to philippines she know whats inside the box she received the box but lot of things missing. 1 box she told me they use the ordinary packaging tape but it was change to international tape.they even left the international lbc packaging tape inside the box. my mother is so upset.she tried to complain to lbc delivery team but they said they cant do anything about it..we can give you more details about the incident...i can provide my mothers phone number if you wish.. my mothers name is Melba t. LBC Express late delivery

I sent my box at august 22 at U.a.e. they told me it will be in the philipines at the first week of october which means it is right if i follow the 45 days maximum date for my box to reach, till now my box is not yet in the phillipines since its october 9, today i went to nepo mall angeles city pampanga branch. I felt more disappointed, They did not give me the exact date to recieve plus they gave me an estimated date of october 22, which means two months exactly the worst is they told me its just an arrival to the lbc hub that as a regular costumer of lbc its totally unacceptable. Pls, i need your further assistance i will leave my no; for more further specific issue

LBC Express pera padala

It was september 26, 2016 around 11.30am when I went to lbc-santana grove (Beside shopwise) sucat rd. Paranaque. My aunt sent me money thru lbc worth 23k++. The problem arise when I cannot present the lbc card they are asking. First they asked me if I am already a member then I replied "yes" which I am enrolled a long time ago. Then I presented 2 government ids (Sss & prc) which I said that one of the ids there I used during enrollment in their lbc membership at sm megamall branch. There were two staff at the counter (I forgot their names) a male and female and it is a male who I conversed most of the time. He reiterated that I produce my lbc card (Which I remember that it is just a plain paper cut like id) and in absence I cannot transact with them and with any lbc branch! So I ask him what will I do in absence of lbc card, he said that I need to go to lawyer and get affidavit of lost and so he can again enroll me and it is the only way to do in order for me to get the money. I find this ridiculous since they can verify my membership at their database which I suggested and both of them did not even bother to use their computers plus I have government ids (Sss, prc, tin, drivers lic. ) for verification which they ignored. I felt that time that it is not a business center but like a school with a policy of "no id no entry". I asked them if could read their memo or any instructions/guidelines for customer's guide in cases like this and he cannot produced saying that it just emailed to them by their management. Before I leave, I told them that if get my money without affidavit of lost (Which I get from other branch) I will file complaint due to their ignorance and he shouted this "aba nag thre threat pa si kuya, kunin nga ang number nyan" sorry to say this but I feel humiliated and angry due to the reason that I always transact in a professional manner (i am an active prc member with professional license and currently working at one of the corporate company at bgc).In addition to this, I just came from my fathers wake... I am grieving during that time and the money that I supposed to get from them will be used to pay my balance in the cemetery. Hence, I was faced by two inconsiderate and incompetent staff of yours. LBC Express documents

Good day!
I would like to file a complaint against your company.i made a delivery at lbc banawe September 27, 2016 to date the docs is still in the custody of lbc ortigas hub.i have been following ups almost everyday from Sept 28 to present and almost 3x a day I make a call and follows up but to no action.
Your customer service always make promises that it will be redeliver but until now the consignee is still waiting.the docs is so important and I trust your company that's why I make a choice of sending said docs thru lbc but I was so disappointed.How can your customer trust your company if thats the case?
I would like to formally file a complaint against ur company because that docs is so impt and urgent for my son's tuition but what did your company do.?
If you don't want to deliver my docs kindly return said docs plus the fee that I pay.
Hopefully action will be done after this.
