Kuwait Airwayslost baggage

I am sheikh zulphikar aki and I was travelling from ruh-bom through kuwait airways on 11/06/2018 with booking reference t8hts5.
Upon landing in mumbai I have noticed one baggage containing zam zam water is missing. We have registered a complaint at help desk. We havent received till today

We have to help desk on 022-[protected]. No one attending calls

    There is no booking T8HTS5 associated with your full name as you typed.

    If you have claimed your missing baggage already, You need to have PIR - a separate document, which was issued by the air port agent. You did not tell: did the agent issue the Kuwait Airways PIR or NOT.

    The Kuwait Airways carrier has 21 days to deliver your piece of luggage to your doors.
    In 21 days, if no baggage inside your house, you can claim the value of your missing items (limitted amount) in rupees or KWD, if you have
    1) e-tciket
    2) bag tag
    3) PIR
    4) legal advisor(s) if you do not know, how to submit the claim and what you are entitled for.
