The service of a lady at the counter is definitely not helpful and the attitude was bad. On 13/2/2019, 923pm, i'm facing an issue on my touch n go card which was not functioning well while proceeding to tag out on the machine, a kind man from ktm staff was trying to help me out but could not. Hence he adviced me to came back the next day morning and asked me to the counter to sort it out. However, on 14/2/2019 (727am) when I ask of a lady at the counter on this, the service was just asking me to buy a ktm card instead, with reload. Before that, there are no further suggestion given, provided with the bad attitude of not helpful to answer the question or being problem solver. I would highly recommend that lady to just change the job if you are not into service line. Just quit and dont show your sour face to the client because you are in this industry!
