Dear ktmb staffs i have been trying to contact your customer service for the past three weeks for refund of balance amount in student card which expired. I have made an application at kl central regarding this on 4th sept 2018 and waited 3 months of working days but havent received any calls from your department or my cash. I would like to get an immidiate respons asap. Thank you
