SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / terrible company!!

I made an order for several items, and paid extra money for expedited shipping in order to get them before a special event.The extra $15 I paid was just a waste of money, because it actually took them over three weeks to deliver my order. I contacted JollyChic customer service and tried to ask where my order was, but these people barely speak English so I could not understand a thing! When I received the items I was extremely disappointed with the quality, things I received looked nothing like pictures on their website. Horrible company and awful products! I'll never order anything from this place ever again!

    Im in the same boat, not happy I waited 2 months for my order, ordered in Nov 2015, and when it finally arrived all the items were the wrong size, I ordered small and the arrived Medium with the tags saying so - I sent a copy of my order and the pictures of tags and they wouldn't pay for the return, they wanted me to pay an extra $25.00 to return them, after months of endless emails, I sent it back as I wanted some money back, and its been 5 weeks and still haven't got a refund. I am about to summit something to Consumers affairs. NEVER AGAIN
