JollyChic.com / really upset with jollychic!
Made an order on November 19th. As the shipping was 14 days I was hoping to receive my things before Christmas. Few weeks passed, but status in my account said "undistributed", so I tried contacting them. I've sent them messages many times as the live chat never worked, but there was no response. Then I tried to call them, but nobody ever answer the phone. I'm very disappointed and upset as my order never got processed. Several days ago I received an email with some apologies, and they offered me a $10 bonus, that meant nothing because it was removed from my account within days. Yesterday I checked the status of my order and it finally changed to „shipped out”. I went to the tracking site today and „shipped out „ was changed to „undistributed"! Really upset with JollyChic!
