I ordered two tops from this company and neither was what I ordered, one top was a coral color and I ordered pink and the other was a t-shirt that said "Where Are My Witches" with a Halloween theme, I actually ordered a nice semi dressy top that in no way comes close to the cheesy t-shirt I received. They are offering me $8 to just keep the shirt because they claim it's too expensive to send it back. I wish I would have read the complaints prior to ordering. I will never order from this company again, what a sham!

The 2 dresses arrived in good time on 10-13-2022. The order was placed less than three weeks ago, and considering items came from China, shipping was not an issue.

The problem is quality. Although the fabric is pretty, this is a very low quality, lightweight satin/polyester blend. Also, the way the dresses are sewn is poor--it uses very wide stitching for maximum thread economy, but the result is that the stitches are not very secure. A dress that had inside pockets was so widely stitched that the pockets have holes in them. I would describe the overlock stitching as poor and sloppy.

Lastly, the dresses were sized smaller than expected and did not fit. In view of all the other comments and difficulty in getting refunds or exchanges, I'm going to take a loss and never buy from the BerryLook Company again.

Another cautionary note: The package did not contain a statement or return/exchange information. That's probably intentional, to make returns more difficult. Please don't do what I did--check online reviews first before buying from this company!

Since 6 June I have been trying to get a refund for 3 dresses I ordered. I ordered Size S and received two Size L and 1 Size M. I have attached a .jpg with a little history of the 33 emails exchanged between us - without success. They now are refusing to even communicate.

I ordered some clothing and shoes that were not the correct size and cheaply made. I tried to contact the company to return them for a refund. The company is in Hong Kong and only has an email address. I was going to mail them to the return address on my package. According to the post office it is not a complete or correct address. I have searched the website and there is no address listed anywhere. The only way to contact the company is by email. I sent several messages for their physical address and they refuse to provide it. Their replies are always vague and will not provide any info. They are a SCAM.

I also wish I had seen all these complaints. Oder, plus limited is a scam! I have seen the other names they go under, mine was under the company name berry look watch out! Their clothes look so nice on the advertisement but they are very cheap, poor quality, I just wanted to return the items for a refund and I am having such a hard time but Capital One is trying to help me resolve this issue so I can get my $101 back so I will continue to fight this and continue to write reviews along with you all to warn other people, one person said they should be locked up which is so true! These scam artist needs to be stopped!

I purchased 3 tops from Berrylook which I was led to believe was based in England in August 2019.
When I emailed them to return the items the reply came from China. I was offered silly amounts of money for my items as compensation or a full refund but at my own expense. I agreed to return the items and was subsequently emailed a returns address. I sent the parcel through Royal Mail at a cost £13.50 on the 16th September, 2019, where the parcel was to be signed for on delivery. Over the following months I did email asking if my parcel had arrived and each time I was told No. This went on until recently on the 31st January, 2020 my parcel arrived back on my doorstep with a yellow China overdue customs declaration sticker stuck to it. I enquired at Royal Mail in England and they said the parcel was tried to be delivered but no one accepted it so it was taken back and held for a period of time before it was then returned to me over land and sea. After lots of further emails and pictures of the parcel, proof of posting and an previous emails I have been told that I Have returned the parcel to the wrong address and they will only offer me a 50% refund. I can not believe that I am being blamed for them sending me the wrong address. It is Berrylooks mistake why should I loose 50% of my money due to their mistake?
I want this matter sorting fast with a full refund.

I went to a website that advertised nice looking clothing items that I thought would be great for the summer. I ordered over $1, 000 worth of clothes. When they arrived, they came from China. Every piece of clothing was either 5 sizes too small or were so poorly made. I was so disappointed and couldn't believe that a company could try to pass the clothing they made as the pictures advertised.
I've tried contacting them to complain and get my money back but they have not responded. It's been 4 months now, so I guess I list my money
Do not order from berrylook online! You will be extremely disappointed
