I just left your Milford store, I was there yesterday 10/7 and purchases a living room set, sofa and love seat and a wall unit. when I was going to thru the paperwork, I took the measurements on the living room that I had purchase, and it was to big for my living room. so 10/8 Sunday with 24 hours of the contract I went back to the store after I left church. spoke with the same salesperson I had yesterday explain the problem. I was going to change it to a smaller sofa set that I had also seen on the store. She was busy so I offer to wait. As I was waiting 1 hour I started to feel this numbness on my hand a weird sensation on my chest so I had to her to cancel the order that I will be back tomorrow. since I was going there tomorrow to purchase a mattress too. she said to me that she could not cancel my order. that she had put time and effort. I told her so did I. I had save the money to buy it cash. I told her what I was feeling and she tells me that she didn't feel good either. that I wanted it cancel within the time frame, and that I will be back tomorrow. she was upset and told her co-worker and to me in from of my grandson (13 years old) that now all of a sudden I was sick. Like I was lying. I did not appreciate how I was treated by her today. I told her I wanted the order cancel. she wrote something on the paper the time and 3 letter and cancel. I am not sure if this has been cancel she did not go into the computer at all. I am on my way to the walk in now. I am very upset with the sales person. that is no way to treat anyone. I did tell her I was going to the hospital and maybe she should too since she was not feeling well herself. I hope my order is cancel
