ICICI Credit Card / fat
I have applied for icici credit card which was associated with the icici lombard health care policy. I have not recieved any monthly statement and I have even requested for the cancellation of the policy and credit card and the customer care people convinenced me to continual of the policy but they never sent any monthly statement by post or by email even though my email is mentioned in the policy. They say that those details were not updated in their database.
After almost one year they have sent me a fat bill of nearly 20, 000/- for the policy premium of rs 3, 594.87. I have managed to cancel the policy and cancelled the credit card. To complete the process they have asked me to visit their collection center directly. Please provide your valuable guidance for me to tackle this issue.
