Terrible service from day 1! I had a rental car for 4 months due to a recall on my daily vehicle. The manager lied to my husband and I and said they would not be willing to help us recover the key. This will cause harm to my business and also cost me $500. I will be filing formal complaints against Hertz for their poor service and theft of my items.
