HDFC Home Loan / din't give loan after sanctioned

Hi Authority,
I have applied for home loan from HDFC, From starting they made me harass to much as well as after sanctioned of loan approx 20 days passed they din't give my cheque. Always they ask for new documents on daily basis, I have changed employer 1 month back and submitted all relevant documents for that also, Even I din't get my cheque. I have complaint to high authority many times and they forward it to local department, and they always try to make me harass by demanding documents. It is because I have complaint coz 2 times on call they like threaten me not to put mail. Now I got frustrated and harass, I only need my processing fee for approval of loan, I don't want loan at the cost of my metal peace.
Please help me out, I am putting my mail trend here please see and help me out to sort this.
My 1st Mail : -
HELLO SIR/MADAM, GREETINGS!!! WITH DUE
RESPECT I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT MY DISAPPOINTMENT WITH HOME LOAN OF HDFC
BANK. I FILLED APPLICATION APPROX 23 DAYS BACK WITH ALL DEMANDED
DOCUMENTS. AFTER COMPLETION OF MY EVERY DOCUMENTS AND GOOD ITR ACCORDING
TO LOAN AMOUNT, BEEN HARASSED BY YOUR JAIPUR HOME LOAN DEPARTMENT FOR
DOCUMENTS ON DAILY BASIS. FINALLY, ON 3RD SEP, I GOT MESSAGE THAT MY LOAN
HAS BEEN SANCTIONED, AND THE PERSON WHO IS TAKING CARE OF ALL THESE
(MR.RAVI)TOLD ME THAT HE HAS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WILL MAKE ME PROVIDE
CHEQUE AFTER 3-4 DAYS. I ALSO AGREED WITH SAYING THAT IF ANY OTHER QUERY
OR PENDING THEN DO CLEAR IT BEFORE SATURDAY 13-09-2014, BECAUSE I HAVE
TO GO BANK TO SIGN AND I ONLY BE FREE ON SAT. HE ALSO AGREED WITH SAYING
THAT HE WILL BE READY AND I WILL GET MY CHEQUE ON SAT 13-09-2014. NOW
ON FRIDAY 12-09-2014 NO ONE CALLED ME, I HAD A CALL TO HIM 3-4 TIMES BUT
NO REPLY FROM THAT SIDE. THEN I MADE A CALL TO SENIOR OF THAT PERSON
THROUGH JAIPSINGHPURA, JAIPUR BM. AND THEY ALSO PROMISED ME THAT I WILL
GET IT ON 13TH AS PROMISED. AGAIN FALSE COMMITMENT. NOW I HAVE QUERY
THAT AFTER LOAN SANCTIONED AND ALL DOCS WHICH DOCUMENTS HDFC NEEDED
MORE. AND IF A EMPLOYEE GO FOR A LEAVE THEN IS LOAN DEPARTMENT GET
CLOASE OR WHAT?? ITS REALLY HARASSED ME A LOT. MY FILE NO. ARE : -
[protected] AND [protected]. IF AFTER SANCTIONED OF LOAN IT HAS TAKEN 10
DAYS MORE. JUST DUE TO SUCH KIND OF EMPLOYEES HDFC NAME GETTING WORSE IN
LOAN. IF EVEN AFTER THAT I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET MY CHEQUE, THEN
PLEASE RETURN MY PROCEDURE AMOUNT APPRROX 8K SOMETHING, I WILL APPLY IN
SBI WHO'S PROCEDURE OF 3-4 DAYS ONLY. REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE STRICT
ACTION AGAINST ALL RELEVANT PERSONS, SO THAT NEXT TIME CUSTOMER WILL NOT
BEAR ANYTHING AND WILL NOT GET HARASS. HOPE TO HEAR GOOD FROM YOUR SIDE

Dear Customer,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. As discussed
over the phone yesterday kindly provide us the Appointment letter copy
with the Salary structure with your new employer, salary slip and the
updated salary bank a/c statement so that we can proceed further with
the disbursement process at the earliest.

My reply on this mail :-
Hi Shikha, I have given my Appointment letter to
Anil Godha (Your Employee), And salary slip I have already mailed to
you. Also, my salary slip contains all things like deduction and
designation all but not understanding that why you need my appointment
letter.And, for last month salary I have deposited Cheque in my Axis
bank account (Salary account of last employer), because again HDFC bank
who has taken approx 10 days to open only salary account. So for that I
am attaching my last three month Axis bank account statement.Anyways,
I have given all documents which you have asked, and now I got
frustrated with documentation. If you need documents please guide your
sales persons to collect all documents at one shot, not on daily basis.Now, Request you to please don't make me harass again for documentation and verification whether I will get the loan or not.Many Thanks and Regards, Saurabh Sharma+91-[protected]

Then I was waiting for call that they will call me Saturday, I din't get revert then I made a mail :-
Hello Anil, Tomorrow is Saturday. I was waiting for a call from your side, As you have again promised me to give my final cheque on
20th, Sep 2014 as my loan is already sanctioned on 3rd of Sep. 2014.
How unprofessional behave you have. Again customer is waiting for a call
whether he has to come or not. If I have to come then you had to
confirm me time, on call or a message or if not then also had to make a
call. Are you in co-operate sector or what? No communication by your
side, only customer has to follow up, as if HDFC is giving donation to
customer.If you are not able to fulfill your commitments then you have no rights to give false commitment to customers.Now, I don't have trust on your words so writing your words here regarding my concern before loan applied : - 1. As per you said, There will be no foreclosure charges.2.
As per you said, I can give partial or full payment any time without
any extra charges and that amount will be deducted from my principal
amount.3. As per you said, There will be no hidden [email protected]
Hello, Shikha/ Customer Care Department - All conversation you know and
all is crystal clear, but I got fed up with your employees commitments
and conversations. Very much attitude in talking with customers. Really
very much disappointed. That's why I decided to get written conversation

Now after final mail of documentation, today again they have demanded new documents :-

We have received your documents and have initiated with the employer verification.

Sir, as discussed on phone we require certain other details of the
employer like PAN No., TAN No., SIN No. of your employer so that we
can

proceed further. Also please confirm us the nature of the company.

Now you see this conversation and see after final docs they again demanded new docs. Please rectify this issue.
