My beef is about 40% of the time this Hardees will not give the posted military discount. This is the only Hardees in town. last incident was10/22/2018 @2:42:48 PM. I ask for the manager and they would not talk with me. Some of the previous incidents were : no military discounts, we just stopped them 2 days ago. Another time was she forgot to add the discount, can't do it now. This last order was small. Most of the orders I place are 30.00 and up. Once a week I stop in and buy my work crew of12 breakfast and take to work for them. Do I need to start going to Burger King or McDonalds?

an order placed online under reference Order ID: 3565594 Delivery Now 25-Oct 12:45 PM waiting for more than 70 min and then after calling the customer service the guy transferred me to the driver directly who was just reapitng traffic mam traffic mam traffic mam ...i cut the line trying to call them back ., answered me a lady who put me in waiting for more than 15 min and then telling me we couldn't reach the driver ., i cpmalined to her about this attitude asking to conect me to her manager who said we sent the driver you got to wait and almost cut the line ., i wish i can tell everybody to not use your services as it is the worst ever

Went to Hardees in Lumberton NC on 10/23/18 pulled up to the window cashier asked for the order told her what I wanted, no answer waited so I pulled around to the window, no one was around finally the cashier come to the window and said I did not hear you what did you want, I told her again, she looked at me with an ugly tone and said we don't have mocha, I replied but you have it advertised on the menu I know but we don't have it, so I just pulled off. Went to hometown Hardees in st pauls NC on the way home around 6:45 pm same day and tell me why at that time of the night there milkshake machine is already down for cleaning and they don't close until 11pm. My fist job in high school was Hardees and I have been in the customer service business since 1984 and I am very disappointed at how our generation is when it comes to manners and respect for others that are keeping them with a job. They are rude, with no sense of morals for self or for the people they are surveying.

I recently purchased a Mushroom an Swiss burger and took 1 bite and it tasted like burnt plastic. I had to spit it out. My husband then took a bite and also had to spit it out. He called the store where it was purchased from and they offered us no replacement or refund. Very rude and did not even apologize. Expensive for a meal that was not edible. Very disappointed.

I was at one of your Hardee's seffner early this morning waiting for my breakfast at drive thru this is before they even open I was waiting and the only thing I can hear is the person on the other side cursing and how people can't do there job and how stressful this job is and how she's ready to give the keys back to the manager and how the manager doesn't know how to make the schedule and can't be in on time it was just all this negativity about the restaurant so I just drove to MacDonald and get my breakfast somewhere else if I have to order my food to that problem already specially with all the cursing and calling people name how this [censored] got her phone off it was crazy.

I saw on the web site and tv that Hardee's had the $5 boxes back . So I went to Hardee's tonight and they don't have the ones they advertise on the web site and on the tv . They also say $5 on the box but they are not $5 . I order 3 boxes and my total was $21.83. That is not $5 a box . I think that is false advertising, if there not $5 then tell people the right price. Thank you

I stopped by my local hardees to get lunch. I ordered 8 sliders which were fine, and a 10 piece tender which i had a coupon for. I was asked to pull up while my tenders cooked. I get the box and what i find is not even 10 tenders, more like 8 & a piece of one and they were hard & barely luke warm. And that tells me that they absolutely were not fresh and that the csr will tell you whatever! I had stopped coming to this particular location due to bad experiences but thought id give it a shot since i heard it was under new management, guess it doesnt matter the change cause aint nothing changed!

I had went to a Hardee's in Halifax county Virginia. I had been there a couple times and they were slow so I had stopped. Went back today ( 10/ 16/ 18) and got a apple pie that I had to wait 30mins for it to be cooked and then after I had gotten it and started eating it I found a piece of chicken inside of it. Not sure how it got there but I was not happy or satisfied with the service there and my apple pie having chicken.

Your staff at your restaurant. Think it's cool to have people hanging outside all the time. If not outside . Inside the restaurant and they take their sweet time. I always see a red headed man without a uniform on behind the counters just hanging out. Looks like he waiting on someone . But the same man that waits behind the counter is the one who hangs out in the parking lot with people. It looks like a drug deal going on in the parking lot. Their a guy that hangs out their with no shirt with them all the time and that make your restaurant look like [censored]. Just saying. Their are two girls this morning working . Very rude and have no idea what their doing half the time. Where your good workers at? I know it's hard to find them. But the ones u have now are not making your place look good at all. Also my breakfast was cold when handed to me. Didn't take it back in cause I was in a hurry to get to work. I'm not from erwin. But I go to your restaurant quite a bit in the mornings and I witness this. Does not look good. Other wise the place looks clean and neat. But ur staff is horrible.

I frequently stop at the Coats, nc location and every time I go there, the drive thru crew ALWAYS has a very bad attitude! As a customer service representative myself, I know how important it is to be courteous and polite to your customers. This location really needs to be evaluated and trained in customer service! I will not be going back after my experience today...

We experienced Tropical storm Michael in our local are in Nottoway County on October 11, 2018. A restaurant located in Crewe, VA was charging individual prices to make the breakfast platter. On the menu is a breakfast platter but this was not offered. The statement was made by employee Thomas that at this time we are not making breakfast platters. Store # 1503220. We had a tornado hit our trailer park in Burkeville and we were attempting to get food for family. This was at 08:46am irder#184823

Double charged with different prices for one order. My order total was $5.75 which was debited from card. $6.07 was also deducted from my card for the same order. Client # gvvl6. This was on 10/09/2018. Very disappointed that an employee would take advantage of a customer in this manner. This was approximately around 10:45 a.m. I think the female that served me through the drive thru is also a manager. Tynika or something comparable to that was her name. She discussed getting me to get a job for her at my place of employment. I drive a 15 passenger van transporting new military recruits. I told her I would speak w/my husband (my manger)but knew there are no openings at this time. I drive for Highland Express which is displayed on my van so I know she will remember me. I work 2-3 days a week and ALWAYS get breakfast from Hardees.

I pulled up to the speaker to order. I was greeted with the normal restaurant greeting ☺️.
I proceeded to tell the order taker my order. But without being able to finish my order, I was rudely rushed to pull up to the next window. I do understand that speed of service is necessary, but being rude AND rudely rushed should NOT be apart of your team. Thank you

Recently went through drive thru at a Hardees in Clintwood, VA. At the window, my 6 year old son asked if they had any donuts. Afterwards, I sent my other son in to buy a pop and he heard the worker saying she couldn't stand kids especially the ones (like mine) that asked for things. I went in and asked her about this and she did not deny it, said she hated kids, and never offered any type of apology.

I recently visited a Hardees in frenchtown/Monroe mi, I couldn't wait to go but was sadly disappointed, I ordered a cheeseburger combo meal, the food was COLD! It tasted like it had been sitting a long time. The cashier did not know what she was doing at all and I'm glad I did not order a double cheeseburger because it would be more cold food to eat.

I just recently went through the Hardee's drive thru at Griffin GA @ 1619 North Expressway and got the worst service/experience that I have ever gotten from a Hardee's. I order a total of 4 items (a Frisco burger, 2 chili dogs, and a 10 piece chicken tenders) and when I pulled up to the window and paid I was told it would be a couple of minutes as the tenders needed to cook. So I pulled forward (even though there was no one behind me the whole time I waited 10+ minutes) and once I got my order I checked it quickly and saw 4 boxes in the 2 bags so I drove on home. Once I got home (a 15 minute drive) and was pulling the food out of the bag for the family to consume we realized that the 10 piece tenders was in 2 boxes (and the mustard sauce I asked for turned out to be regular yellow mustard packets) and was shorted the 2nd chili dog. When I called the store all I was offered was come back and we will give you the missing chilli dog with no mention of any compensation for the 30 minute round trip or lose of time nor correction of the mustard sauce instead of the mustard packets I hung up the phone and contacted you here as it was clearly demonstrated that the manager was more worried about making out with her boy friend in the parking lot than seeing to customer issues (which happened 3 times while I was waiting on an incorrect order). Being a former Hardee's supervisor I was expecting a lot better service than I got and for the record the tenders were fresh, the Frisco burger was made at lunch time at best (4 hours before my order), and the one chilli dog I did get was made either Monday or Tuesday (I got the order on Sunday). Based on the quality of this order I will eat at Hardee's again about 200 years after I die and that is if I can't eat dirt instead.

I used to work for hardee's store # 1504341 which is in Citronelle, AL up until yesterday 10/3/2018. Because of the District Manager Deniese Rook kept on using profanity at the employees and Management. This has been going on since I started which was 08/03/2017. What put the icing on the cake was that she accused me of stealing 15 dollars out of my till( cash register) Friday 09/28/2018. Nobody told me that my till was short until 10/2/2018 when I went back to work. So immediately I paid it with no problem because I know that I'm responsible for that drawer. She accused me of being a pill head and a drunk. I can tell you this I barely take any medication at all. And I don't even drink. I need something done about this. If nothing is gonna be done I am going to put a law suit on whom ever I need to. I also have text messages of her using profanity and calling me names and I also have a voice recording that proves that she is using profanity.

Two fruit lemonade (no peach or no strawberry fruit. So I just ordered three chili hotdogs I get home I have a mess in my box hotdog drop of chili and a lot of onions. It was really messy. If you don't wanna work just don't get a job.. But when someone spendthere miney you want to get what you pay for. In saying this I am a business owner myself. Which I know how you suppose to treat a customers. I am a Regional Manager, Business owner and Catering. So I know how Food ordered should look and how a customer should be treated. Midlothian Trn

I come into hardees every day and I see the manger on her phone not paying attention To the front counter or she is busy talking to someone else there are times she is rude or has an attitude I have stopped going to hardees on college and now go to el paso where I get great service and great managers please fixes this and I will come back thank u so much. Mary Zarudsky a shift leader at Hardee's said on Facebook- "Was there anything else done to wake him before the water? Sometimes these "people" are hard to wake up!" and "Well then spend taxpayers money to remove the individual. I work in a restaurant. Fortunately the ones that sleep on the premises or start begging when asked to leave they do. Calling the police to remove them is a waste of money." all this towards the man who unjustly has water thrown on him at a Dunkin' Donuts.
