H-E-B / HEB Grocery Company / customers that are paying with wic and coupons

On store in San juan Texas 78589. On Nov 19th Reg 14 . The employee rung up a customer on The Wic program everything together incuding cupons that the customer handed to the cashier. Once the manager came and talk to the costumer that her coupons and the wic can't be included together the associate had to return everthing and re-ring her up all over again. When there was no line on the 15 item line that they could of just take her over. It's not fair for the person behind to be waiting for 30min just because the employees and supervisor aren't train to ask ever single client before transaction what different tenders they are going to be using. So the employees already is aware to ring up several traslnsactions for that one client. I did ask to talk to a supervisor which I did and I was about to leave everthing there a purchase of more than$200 And walk out. My whole family goes to these HEB but with the experience I just had we will think of going back. I hope HEB take these in consideration and retain well there supervisors as there employees.     Wow, a whole thirty minutes. They should fire the cashier and give you groceries for no cost!

    Seriously, she made an error. Big deal. Maybe the mom didn’t show the card to the cashier. Maybe mom didn’t know that coupon items were separate.

    You lost thirty minutes of life. Next time you shop, bring along a grammar and spelling book. Read it while waiting for your turn. You obviously didn’t learn those subjects in school.
