Green Dot walmart money card! total nightmare

This has been a complete nightmare. I had a transaction deducted from my account on 9/20/18. I filed a disputed as instructed and the represented told me it would take 10 business day to resolve the dispute. I called on the 11th business day and received another date of 45 days to resolve the issue. At that point I closed the account today I found out the company sent the money back I went to log into the prepaid account and there it was just sitting there since the 8th October. I call the customer service line and they stated the only way to receive my money is for them to send it by mail in a check form which will take another 10 days. At that point will be well over a month from the time I filed the dispute. Please please do yourself a favor a run AWAY from this company. They are not here to help or protect the costumer as a regular bank typically has dispute resolved in half the time frame then what walmartmoneycard lies to you about. There are many banks you can go through if you need a debit cardswith no credit, first time banking or bad credit . Wells Fargo Opportunity Checking is one of them. At this point I'm going the legal route in order for me to receive my money because I don't believe a word they say and all of there representatives are from overseas and it is hard to understand them and they really don't care about your issues. COMPLETE TOTAL NIGHTMARE!

Green Dot [protected]- case number.

Unlock my card I have bills to pay it's my money and I want it now [protected] I received a payment from Aflac and I had this old card on file now I am waiting because I lost that old card and reported it stolen I even sent money to my phone number before I reported it stolen and I can't touch that money I have bills to pay and I'm going to Bay News 9 to report this if I wait one more week please send my money.

Green Dot blocked card

This is ridiculous my wife and I have been waiting for her check be funded to my account for 2 months now!.! Never were we told we were going to be expected to show I'd.. that is why we have green dot bank accounts bc we don't have a copy of our state issued driver's license so finally now 2 months later her job got the direct deposit right and now my account is locked.. how are we supposed to pay our Bill's if you locked my account.? I demand for this issue to be resolved immediately I've never had a problem with my account until now

I called green dot to get a new card since I thought that I had misplaced the old one, No problem until I received the new card tried to make a purchase BLOCKED! ! Told to upload a copy of my Driver License or ID for verification. .well after trying over thirty times, yes, I counted NOT LEGIBLE! !kept coming up. I had my daughter in law whom works in IT try same message. Not Legible. I want my card UNBLOCKED immediately! ! I am stressed to the Max. I worked hard for my money now I can see how people can go over the edge. ..tired of the Games. .19249777ref #

Green Dot I had purchased a green dot moneypak and it never loaded on my main card it was for $500 dollars.

Purches date: september 27, 2018 time: 2:29 location : lafayette, la. 70501 store location: dollar general. Person who bought the card: ricky joseph olivier jr. Card type: money pak. #xxx-xxx-[protected] is the last 8 is card number that costermer got for $500 dollars. Now there was a refund did also, but it also has been a week that a refund has never showed up. So roughly its been about two weeks and no card, no money, so now my bills that I had got the card for i' ve lost my lights, my water got paid late my car note is still not paid. Green Dot my card

I need my card unblocked, because that's what I use to pay my bills. Its been a week since I've been trying to unblock my card. I've sent 2 different pictures of my id but both was denied for some reason. If you can help me that will be very helpful and less stressful. I don't want to get another card because I don't have a different e-mail address. PLEASE HELP!

Green Dot unblock account

For some reason just crazy as hell you blocked my card because of unusual activity you ask yourself did the person move so there was no unusual activity . I think out of all debet card companies you by far the worst . So what that being said you all need to figure out how get your customers to like this company. Once before my money was took from me by GreenDot.just like so many others . Try reading your reviews to help them being dropped

Green Dot blocked account

I contacted Green Dot about a unauthorized charge. They closed my card and sent a new one. After receiving the new card I had to take a picture of my ID and send it to them. Which I did 3 times! They never seem to locate it. They keep telling me to take a picture of my ID and send it to GreenDot.comdocupload over and over again. However they never locate it! My Information is just floating around. The worst customer service. Once I get my account unblocked I am closing the account. Never bank with them. Just clueless people.

This is a damn shame. I can't speak to someone from America and I have a block on my account. It seems like this has happened to so many people. As soon as my new card come, I'm going take my money and run. I'm very dissatisfied with this card

Green Dot walmart moneycard

I called about a lost card about 2 weeks ago. Called back today to find they never shipped my card. Said it was some suspicious activity on it and I needed to send a ID to verify. Green Dot greendot card

I purchased a greendot card on 9/17/18 i added $25 that day and also another $25 the next day. Greendot locked my card and is only refunding me $12. I have tried to get ahold of a real live person for the past almost 3 weeks and i get cut off every time. I am very unsatisfied and will not recommend this to anybody. Greendot is a fraud and im pretty mad about losing $50 when ive got bills to pay and important things to take care of. Not happy with this greendot crap at all and thats exactly what it is is crap.

Green Dot green dot prepaid

I filed taxes on August 30th. I ACCIDENTALLY put in a green dot account info on my direct deposit. Here it is 9/24/18 and my money has been untouchable with green dot. I have requested a replacement card twice and requested it expedited. That was almost 3 weeks ago . It's like they don't want to give me my money. $3, 600 is what they are holding from me then they blocked access to a card I don't even have cause I tried to obtain access so I could buy groceries as I am not working at the moment and just moved in another residence and this company has totall y screwed up every inch of my life right now. I want the block lifted off of my card Wednesday when they say I will finally get it in t he mail

Green Dot walmart money card

I have repeatedly called the Walmart green dot customer service line to put a stop payment on a check issued out of bill pay. The check was destroyed by the recipient, who was my friend and who thought she was doing me a favor. I have been trying and trying and trying to get that $250 put back into my account to no avail. I keep being told 7 to 10 business days and it is well over that timeframe. Can someone please help me. My phone number is [protected].

Green Dot prepaid direct deposit card

A friend of mine has a greendot card. His last greendot card was stolen so he called to get a new one. They immediately blocked his new card. They said to submit an id, front and back! he did so! now these crooks are saying that the id is not legible. He sent his id to me to look at! it is clearly legible! they said to resubmit the id! he did that! still say it is not legible!
the man is on disability and barely living paycheck to paycheck! he has his power turned off and had to get his sister's assistance to get it turned back on.
I have helped him as much as i can! i do not make enough money to support him and myself. Either unblock his damn card or we will find an attorney to get it unblocked! in any case, we are definitely going to look for another company for his disability direct deposit.
People, do not trust these crooks! he has had money spent by the individual who stole his card and disputed it! it came back as supposedly a legitimate purchase and withdrawal. Of course it is! after all, you have no intention of letting him get the little money he has left on the card, now, let alone refunding the stolen money.

Green Dot moneypak

Put $140 on a Moneypak reload went to
apply money to my debit card when l went to do so it wasn't on my card called they said the fund were spent. How can that be wasn't even 5 min so I waited an additional 30 minutes still
not there. I then called back still nothing when l called the company same answer already applied.
Filed a fraud complaint, after about the 7th day was answered with this .

We have an important update on your MoneyPak Fraud Claim. We have completed our review and determined that Green Dot is not liable for returning any funds for the reasons(s) listed below:

You provided the MoneyPak information to the recipient. There were no funds to recover.
I AM THE RECIPIENT! !
I am disabled and an a extremely tight budget and need everything l get. My suggestion is never use Moneypak. Is there anything else l can do about this?

Green Dot walmart money card

I have never in the 5 years i have had this card had an issue. That was until saturday. They blocked my card. I called n they told me to send my id to verify. Ok. Call today (5 days later) & they say it was unable to verify. I sent them my ss, birth certificate, address. Anything & everything to verify my identity. I have no access to my money and now they said to wait 4 more days! What happens if they dont verify? I need my momey as i had automatic payments set up n cancelled due to this

Green Dot my money on my walmart money card

I want my card unblocked so I can get my money off of it cause if I dont get it unblocked im sueing if my kids die of starvation cause I cant get food in the house cause they blocked my card when I told them not to block it and me and my wife havent eaten in 2 weeks cause of it and in tired of getting the run around of when my card is getting unblock to get my money off of it

Green Dot green dot has blocked my account. they won't unblock my card i've sent my identification in way too many times

My green dot was working great until I was made a fool of at a store I put my own money on this card to make online purchases and you for no reason blocked it . Now making it completely impossible to get my own money . Completely ridiculous. Last used it August 8 at about 7 ish at night . Two days later I went to use it to buy a car part I need and it didn't work . That was the only form of payment I had on me and I had no choice but to leave without what I needed . I never received any emails about why this happened . I never filed a complaint . So please explain why your holding my money?

Green Dot direct deposit

Green dot blocked my card. My deposit went back to the sender as in my job. They haven't received it either. I talked to green dot bank and my job but nobody is helping me. I need this resolved today. I have rent to Pay. It's been blocked since my deposit on the 6th of September. It is now the 11th of September. It's unblocked now for 3 days. I really need this resolved today. It will greatly appreciated.

I received a new card. That was blocked. My deposit got sent back to the sender. And they haven't received anything. I need to know where and why I can't receive my money. On the card that has been unblocked. It's been passed two business days. I need my money please deposit on my card. Can get it resolved today. I need answers and nobody is not explaining

Green Dot walmart money card

I loaded my card on yesterday, September 6 2018. I then went home called in to pay mu carnote and water bill. This morning checking my email, I discovered you all blocked my card. The reason Suspicious activity? I have been utilizing this card for some time, primarily to pay bills. Let me not forget to state I uploaded my state drivers license that 2as requested in your email. I then went to see if the card had been unblicked, but found out that the card was deactivated. I have use this moneycard and several other for years but you deactivate my card without a real explanation. Calling your number on the back of the card is a joke. I was told to hold for over 30 minutes sevetal different times. And finally received the statement that my remaining balance will be sent to the state. The state didnt upload funds to that card, I did. Horrible treatment of an individual who has utilized uour prepaid card for years.
