Went here yesterday because I had dental insurance and had to use one of the AARP dental facilities. Waited over 35 minutes for appointment, then they spent almost an hour doing just x-rays (24 of them which is WAY over the limit for one day). The insurance company said that should have been spread out over 2 years. Then they recommended all sorts of expensive procedures to be done and the cost to me was 6 - 10 times what it should have been.
Today when I called to get my records, they wanted an outrageous fee to give them to me. This place is a scam and should be closed down immediately.

I'm actually going to file a complaint with the Georgia consumer complaint department I sent the Better Business Bureau a complaint about them however they weren't able to help me again I had my final procedure done in April 2018 everything was finished they put the bridge in and that was last procedure and a year later they try to rework the bill and somehow say that they didn't charge me for something but they won't send me the final bill and where they come up with this new figure.

Great Expressions Fayetteville, GA receptionist had a speciality crown alt benefit on my estimate. Scheduled appt., but after reading and speaking to insurance company, called back to say I do not want the speciality crown. She said she would check w/doctor and called back w/i 5 min. Told Dr., at appt, who did crown for me that i did not do the speciality crown. Doctor had no idea what that was, said she only does porcelain crowns, which I rec'd. I would've paid $400 more for a crown I would never have rec'd. Today husband was charged $183. for perio maintenance, w/insurance our charge should be $65. Also other code charges that are not on insurance code or any other internet check on codes. Six digit code when codes are five.

They are committing fraud against their patients. Overcharging for services that dont exist. What is "specialty crown alt benefit" $400. My entire chare for the crown should have only cost me $395. In addition i was charged $80 for core buildip. I was stuck with $400, $395 and $80 totaling $875. They are committing a criminal act. Something needs to be done

Great Expressions Dental centers in Texas is committing Medicaid fraud they had me sign off $1600 for a cleaning and referred me to another of their offices that doesn't accept Medicaid to preform the cleaning. They need to be shut down.
