I went on the site of Penny Auction and purchased two vacation for two nights and three days that was from the Grand Navigator company. Now I see this is a scam, they are requesting $50 more to be repaid once vacation is taken. I looked this company up on internet. Can not find where to talk to them about the two vacations. Is there a way I might get the money that I paid for the vacations?

Hi Peggybm!
Our certificates are designed to be bought by businesses to be used as incentives. We do not encourage companies to sell them to consumers. Unfortunately Grand Incentives cannot refund any money you paid for the certificate. You will have to contact Penny Auction for that. However, we can help you redeem your certificate if you would like to take this vacation. Note that all deposits are refundable. Please contact us at qualityassurance@grandincentives.com or 941-552-5070.
Hope we can help!

I am very disgust about how they (grand incentives) operate. They have sent me an email to confirm my date of travel, however, i called in to change the date i was told by the customer care associate that the changes have been made and my new date as being set. Only to know now that they (GRAND INCENTIVES) have the nerves to tell me that there is now no available date and as a result they have cancelled my reservation. I personally would never recommend that anyone have any dealings with this organization.

Has anyone actually taken these vacation? I just tried to register and it asked me for the 50$ deposit ?
I'm skeptical about signing up! I sat through a 3 hour time share seminar... And I have 5 months left to use my certificate.

I also got one, but after reading this I WILL NOT give them any of my money. Seems like a scam.

mawmaw98,
thats how i got mine too but i was able to register the code... my only problem now is I'm not sure if i want to send in the deposit after reading some of the posts... I came to this sight because I am not able to find anywhere what type of hotels they are partnered with! I'd hate to leave home and arrive at something not fit to sleep in

I have not been able to get in to any web site to apply for my free vacation I think this is a rip off. I got mine for sitting thru a vaccum cleaner demo

disappointed mom 3x...you need to contact the BBB at the location where your certificate is issued from. Took about 1 month after the BBB got involved to receive refund...good luck!

I was given 2 getaway certificate for attending a time share. I keep booking our vacation and it was always denied 3x until my certificate expired. I was asking for my refund and I was told it will be 6-8 weeks before you can get your refund. That is if you will get it. Such a big scam!

Have u taken the trip yet or do u have to pay the extra before u take the trip. Besides for what u paid for this cruise is cheap even with the 50/person added to the price. The wif just bought 2 of these trips for 10 dollars apiece for us and 2 friends so hopefully everything is on the up and up
