GotPrint.com / Printograph / They don't use PayPal and their service is terrible

I wanted to pay via PayPal but it seemed that it was impossible. Just to be sure I called GotPrint customer service and asked about PayPal and the person on the phone said that they didn't use it. I asked why and he replied something that made no sense and I didn't understand a thing. Then I asked his name and he asked me why did I need his name. I tried to be polite and asked again but he refused to answer. I asked for a manager and he simply hung up!! What a terrible service!! I will never use GotPrint!

    What a stupid complaint. If they don't take PayPal, what were you going to do? How was that his fault? I'd hang up on you too since it sounds like you were harassing him.
