I have no positive feedback for this company . Don’t even think about using them. I thought I was getting help through a kind Christian man. I was wrong! All they want is to take your money and you never see any results! I even paid for my book to be re-illustrated. Paid for this boost and that boost…I never saw my book on any website or any magazine. It’s not even available on Amazon which was the first place it was supposed to be. I even tried to order it from Barnes&Noble and they couldn’t even order it. I’m not rich and I’m pissed that they took my money and all I got was 3 free copies of my book and if the truth was known, that’s probably the only 3 copies they produced. Do not give this company one dime of your hard earned money! Anybody you talk to there is just there to swindle your money for the company. The man that talked me into going with Author Reputation and who was my go to for answers to my questions all of a sudden was not there anymore after he talked me into spending money to have my book put in magazines for promotion, more money for re-illustrating, more money for this and more money for that. My book has done nothing since giving them thousands. It’s not available anywhere.

My representative from this company was simply awesome. I found her to be very attentive to detail. She was also great at addressing all of my questions and concerns. She was very prompt with returning phone calls and had no problem finding out the answer, if she needed to check with someone else. In an age of technology, great customer service is very hard to find. *** is not something I can take for granted because too often, customer service simply does not exist. My Rep has mastered the art of customer service and was very professional during my entire working relationship with her. I look forward to doing more business with her and this company. It is with full satisfaction I say, Author Reputation Press has been remarkably professional and personal in helping me with my publishing goals. They are always availale and ready to help me with questions and assistance. I have attempted to publish with a different publishing organiation and they were very limited with much less professionalism; there assistance was VERY lacking in helping me reach my goals. However, with Author Reputation Press, it is the total opposite, here I am moving forward, excited and very much confident with my advance into the published world of great competition. Beware of Author Reputation Press LLC! I have been receiving voice mails from them since last October, suggesting that I have them help me market my book, 'I Ching -- The Book of Changes.' Unfortunately for ARP, I am not the author of the I Ching, which is an acknowledged classic of Chinese philosophy. I simply share the first and last names of ***, the translator of the I Ching from Chinese to German. That esteemed *** (I do not believe I am any relation) has been dead for almost 100 years. This is hilarious to me. But my point is that if ARP doesn't care to find out anything about authors they cold call -- particularly if the authors are dead or not -- and if they don't know that the I Ching is thousands of year old -- then ARP probably doesn't care much about the book it wants to publish and market for you.

This has to be a scam. I am an award winning, commercially published author. They cold call my home phone constantly and leave messages saying they showed my book to thousands of booksellers who want it. I dont give that number out for business.Their number shows up on caller ID as toll free call. So you have to listen to the message then call them back and waste more time. Instead I reported them to the state AG since Im on the state and *** do not call list and told them before to stop calling. In my state its ***,000 fine.Trust me, if they cant do even basic research and assume Im self published by citing works readily available in all major bookstores (or worse, call about one of the educational books I wrote on contract where the copyright is in the publishers name) you arent going to have a good experience.Author beware. *** rate them a zero if the option existed. Report them, then block the calls.

I signed up with them in January its a childrens book I have not received any drawings as of March the end of March they told me that the illustrator got sick so I said thats fine but can I see what hes done so far they finally sent me two pictures of my character and it was unacceptable we are now in May they said that the man is working on my illustrations and he doesnt like to send the illustrations to me until hes all finished with them I said thats unacceptable I want to see the drawings so if theres something wrong we could change it they dont answer my questions they dont call me back they sent me an email saying that theyre gonna call me they dont call me Im very dissatisfiedWe are dissatisfied with this company what are the ladies that works for this company told me that there was three illustrators working on my drawings I said thats unacceptable I only want one I want the first one I would never go with this company ever again its all its a nightmare

Author Reputation Press got me on the phone and I mistook them for a different company I was trying to work with that has similar name and gave them my financial information. They claimed they had a sole contract with CBS. I called them back in ten minutes to cancel the service request before any action was taken, in part because they also charge more than double what the other company was charging for the same service, in part because I felt deceived by their representative playing along like they were who I was already talking to. They refused to cancel and became very rude including telling me by email I could *** them if I wanted my money back and "good luck with that". In my opinion the company has zero integrity, they keep emailing me contracts to sign for services I told them to cancel, many times now in my replies to their email. They have charged me money and provided *** to earn the money they have charge for services canceled before they ever started processing.

I did not feel comfortable about signing their contract so I told them I was not going to sign it and for them to refund my $360 down payment. I did not want to sign it because the contract said if you wanted to know all the contract covered then go to their website.I could not find anything. I did not know what the Aristotle Package was, I did not know how much I had to pay for shipping and handling, I did not know what price they would be selling my book for, I did not know, I asked them to refund my deposit on the 11th of December . because I did not know how long t he arrangement would last,I was unable to issue my manuscript by the time they request and in the format they request due to my age and disability.On December 16 I was told by their employee they had paid the balance of the money due on my contract because they had several orders to fill by republishing my book. They intend to go on and reprint and market my book without a signature on a contract.I want my money back and don't want to have anything else to do with them. They can now contact me through my lawyer and also be responsible for his fee because had they not tried to steal my work I would not have had to resort to hiring a lawyer.

Author Reputation Press is a fantastic company. These folks seem eager to become friends with their authors and willing to go the extra mile to meet their clients' needs.David, ***, and *** have been great and patient with me as I tend to have a hot temper and with my full time job I'm around a lot of loud equipment so when we talk on the phone the audio is very loud and annoying but they never complain. I respect them all as professionals and I trust their opinions and input--which have been very helpful in publishing my book. I noticed all the negative feedback on this site seems to be due to the clients' impatience, ignorance, and unreasonable expectations. ***ta read all the messages and listen when someone is talking otherwise one can easily miss important information. Remember you are not dealing with robots. These are people. They have the same wants and needs as anyone else. They have feelings and goals and families and everything just like you. Also, be flexible and accommodating when conducting business with someone. If not, they don't need to be that way for you either. It's a give and take. That's *** Negotiation 101. I published a book with *** Press and their reps were so sincere, patient, understanding, and helpful I decided to publish another book with them. I am considering a third book too. I have recommended *** Press to others and will continue to do so because I am impressed with their work. "

I would like to thank all of the representatives who are with me at Author Reputation Press. Thank you for working diligently on my new book. It was a God send when *** my author advisor first called me to work on my new edition of my book *** has given me the needed inspiration and belief in my book to get it started this year. If I hadn't talked to ***, my book would still be on the shelf. With that being said, I would like to especially thank ***, my fulfilment officer who I have a great rapport with during this "Publication Process." Her expertise on my book's front and back cover designs where she validated my artwork for my front cover, working faithfully on all editorial changes to my satisfaction. *** work on finalizing the new name of my book to be copyrighted along with my ISBN and LLCN numbers are greatly appreciated. Also on that note I would like to send a prayer to ***, my former fulfillment officer who was briefly with me and is dearly missed by all Author Reputation Press representatives. Her kind heart with true professionalism obtained my copyright, ISBN and LCCN numbers for my book turned around quickly and courteously submitted corrections on the new title of my book. I have enjoyed my working relationship with Author Reputation Press's representatives who have made my book a top priority. I look forward to upcoming books with them in the near future.

The fulfillment Department is seemingly in need for more employees to get the book produced and placed on the market. They kept running into delay after delay. Some delays are understandable but continuous ones within the same time period and sequence of the steps to produce the book is another. For each step there were multiple delays. From 3/2/2022 to 7/312022 my boom was still in the publishing stage. As a result, to me the fulfillment department did not uphold their part of the contract. I asked for a full refund but it waa aa if they ignored my multiple request. I had one final payment which I kept on track doing so as agreed by the installment contract but at tje end I was afraid when I did pay it, the book wkuld never get completed or placed on the market. It eventually did by the end of 7/2022 or early 8/2022. What makes me upset is, the only reason, I signed up was for the marketing of my book to get a larger audience and assistance in making my book a movie or picked up by a traditional publisher. Not only did, I barely get the Author's copy of my republished book but I did not get the other three copies of the contract. In final, I have yet, to start the big Marketing campaign they had promised me that led me to finally agree to let them republish my book. I have personally contacted the manager of the Marketing team from end of 7/2022 up unto this point 8/15/2022 via email regatding the Marketing of my book for starters the social media campaing but have not received any response. I believe the sales agent and one of the leader of the Marketing team who led me to the compamy has left because the company did a poor job with my book and tried to blame him. I believe it was not for the individual who actually recruited me for the republishing and consequently the marketing of my book to reach more readers being the mediator between me and the fullfillment department was the only reason, the book actually got published. I am asking for a full refund.

I hold in my hand a contract, Book Store Returnability Program-12 months, dated 12/13/22. The insurance carrier is " Ingram and Baker & Taylor." Author Reputation Press sold me this contract for $1,000.00 dollars. At the time it seemed a good and easy way for them to generate sales. To date I have not received 1 cent in sales.

I tried to reach the insurance carrier for verification, but could not ! Something is wrong, please help. On one place on my smart phone, it seemed to state that for the past three years that they no longer insured. If true would this apply to my contract?

I submitted my manuscript to Author Reputation Press on September 3. I told the advisor (***) NOT to have the viewer read my book off the internet and that I like to view my finished book before it hit the stores. ARP put my book without the prior authorization form that I never received. I ordered paid for 52 books and the 1 night over expressed. Hanah (advisor) told me the books will be arriving because she said the company overnight books at P.O. Boxes. No books arrived overnight, I have never received the $27.00 refund. *** (advisor) left message on my recorded said book doing good, best book at the company and royalties will go out to me. Never recieved my printout and royalties.I called ARP and email them (see attachment) and they did not take book off sites. I had already told *** that I did not want my book read on the internet. He assured me that it will not be read - on May 20th all chapters of my book was printed and people could read and not buy,. The company has ceased communication - Why! Why! Why! They received their money - why I am being rob, decieved and taking advantage for writing a book about my past experiences and a publisher rerecieving the money - Do I get anything for arelors my life experience. I just want my royalties, refund and my book taken down from all 15 sites including theres.

Good Afternoon, My son *** was shot and killed in 2000 and I wrote a short book regarding his death which was self published in 2004. I was contacted several times by *** from Author Reputation Press in early 2020 encouraging me to let her company re-publish my book entitled When Half of Your Heart Dies depicting the murder of my son. I was skeptical at first but after several conversations with Ms. I agreed and we started the self publishing process. I paid a total of $1,300.00 to Author Reputation Press and my book was launched by her company on February 15. The agreement I signed promised many benefits of publication and advertising which none have been accomplished. They have supplied no web site that I can log onto and every time I discussed getting my website with them I was told they were working on getting it finished. I cannot even find out how many books I have sold which I know some have been sold because I know people who have purchased it. I was promised that my book would be placed in brick and mortar book stores and when I asked them to submit the application for *** Store I was told it would cost me another $900.00. I have e-mailed and called Author Reputation Press on several occasions to get an answer to some questions I have for them but no one will return my call. I have been treated very unfairly by them for they have done NOTHING of what they promised me they would do to promote my book. I have not received any royalties and I know I am due some monies. I would like my $1,300.00 back for I have been scammed by this company. THEY RETURN NO CALLS OR TEXTS. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I have purchased services which were not provided. I have tried for many months to get a supervisor to resolve many issues with the company but the company was very reluctant to find someone to help me. I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue professionally but got no help. I eventually wrote a review to Author Press to get their attention to respond which seem to work initially. After the review, ***, Customer Satisfaction Administrator, contacted me promptly to help me with my concerns. I told him I was willing to remove my review if they can just work with me on resolving my various concerns. He started to help me and even called me once but after that he never called me back or even emailed me for a month. I eventually reached out to the owner of the business (***) to get help to resolve my issues and again got nowhere. I eventually sent an emall on April 6th regarding all my concerns that were not being addressed. Since they were not interested in resolving my concerns, I decided to ask for a refund for all the services I paid for and did not get. I paid for a book return program that was bogus. I was told by *** that Barns and Noble required that fee to stock my books in their store. He told me to just pay for *** fee in 2020 and then pay the next year fee next year. Unfortunately, my books never got into the store and *** refused to respond to my multiple attempts to reach him via emails, phone calls and even various colleagues of his to discuss why my books were not getting into the store as he had promised. *** spoke to me about the book return program and stated that what *** said to me was incorrect and in fact, *** stated that it is necessary to pay for 3 years of fees in order to get my books into the store. *** spoke to *** and he admitted he did not disclose the proper information to me. Furthermore, *** convinced me to pay a fee for an *** marketing campaign. I paid the fee and I did not get any marketing service. When I tried to contact ***, he did not respond to me and instead had an assistant tell me I needed to pay more money. I would have paid more money if he had given me the correct information or even return my calls or even emails. Unfortunately, he never did till this day even after I complained about this issue to *** and the owner of Author Press Reputation. I have sent an multiple emails to *** about a week ago as a last resort to resolve my issues equitably but unfortunately neither him or any of his staff have tried contacting me to resolve this matter. I have not been given the opportunity to voice my concern with Author Press Reputation with management staff willing to hear me and work on my concerns. It felt like a genuine company in the beginning but when a company refuses to even listen to its customer and address their concerns it makes me think this company is a scam. I am thoroughly disgusted by the lack of management support and accountability of the staff of this company straight up to the *** He never apologized once and never got me anyone to help me with an tangible and positive outcome to resolve my issues. Since they have not kept their promise to get my book into the store and have not done the *** promotional program, I should get a refund of *** ( *** for book return program and 360. for *** Marketing program). Also, I also asked them to remove my book Dare to Imagine from *** and they have refused to do that as well. I have never in my life been treated so badly by a business.
