I placed an order for this job on 11-15, they processed payment on 11-16, I called customer service on 11-22 approximately, they said there running behind but should be shipping in a couple days. on 11-25 called back and they told me it would ship out by 12-1,. On 12-4 I called and now there telling me it might ship out on 12-8, I asked them to please next day air it to my customer at their expense to help make up for the problem they have caused. I can not count on what they tell me and the worst part is the last time I ordered this product for the same customer they were 3 weeks late on the order and I had to give my customer a discount on this order and I promised them I would be on time with this order. In these trying times it is very hard to get business and I need to be able to count on my vendors other wise I will go out of business.
