Gold's Gym / refund of personal trainer services

My wife had renewed personal trainer services ( 3 months- May- july) ) at Gold gym, Indirapuran, Noida, India. Earlier she had taken the services of same personal trainer for 6 months.

The personal trainer went on leave in the very first month for 7 days, next month the Gym was partially closed for renovation with only cardio facility functional so no training was imparted to her by the personal trainer. The very next month the personal trainer left the gym with no intimation to us and she requested for a refund. She was asked to try another trainer under which she only trained for a day, She was not comfortable and asked for suitable refund as comfort was prime imporatnce to her being a lady. The incharge Mr Saurav didnt listen to her and she hence left the gym with only a day presence on last month i.e July. He membershio was valid till Sep, 18.

We shifted in Aug and joined Gold Gym, Gurgaon on annual membership. I have written numerous mails to Gold gym, Inditapuram, to North india head and also escalated issue to VP Marketing but no one bothers to call or revert also. The local team clearly sided us by saying refund not valied inspite of all facts given. The Northern head did check details and also asked us to take balance sessions by female trainer at same fgym which is 60 kms away from our residence now. W ehave asked for refund/ transferring sessions of 3 months at the present Gold Gym which they have denied and now noone answers. All the mails are being cced to Wecare, customer care mails iDs of gold gym india but noone cares

The whole experience is bitter.
