emailed Vanessa Lopez who works GoldsGym InSanta Barbara, requesting my membership be cancelled as of 11/27. She replied to my email the next day &asked for my full name which I gave to her.She sent me an email on 12/05 asking reason for cancellation, a week later when she could have asked for that info in the 1stemail. I was not only charged for dec. I was also charged additional$40
