I signed up to godaddy for domain email and other services were lumped in with this. I cancelled my domain and at the time through I was cancelling all products. However, this was not the case. I believe this was misleading and unethical. I have been charged for services I have not used and I would like this returned to me. It was explained that I had 30 days to cancel and get a refund. I had a failure to renew noticed and called up to cancel everything, not knowing the additional services had already been paid and renewed. So, when i cancelled the domain, I assumed I was cancelling all services and did not ask for a refund on all. I can now see that these were not cancelled. I assumed my services were as one from godaddy- not that I had to cancel everything separately. I find this deliberately misleading.
