Dear friends,
Please be careful to work/deal with hello global or global hello.
I am customer of gh from australia, when g-hello sales call to the customer they talk always like we give 2 cents/min, we are giving very cheap rates to call india using our service, one final day I came to know that when I was signup a new account with global hello they are dealing with usd not aus, they are cheating people while talking to me sale person comparing other service like reliance and global tele-links that "sir, they are charing 7.8 cent and 5.8 cents per min but we are giving you 2 cents per min sir," he knows that they are all dealing with australian dollars not us dollars, my worry is at least while comparing he could told us usd and aud, shame amazing people!
Really bad,
Friends, be care full with their service, and call quality also is not good!
Regards
Harry

This is to let the general public know that I have been using the services of Global hello for the last 3-4 years. Last year, in Sep (2017) your agent Simran took approx A$266.00 from my account again which she promised would be refunded as soon as possible. I spoke with Uma, Shakina and others regarding the refund over a period of 6 plus months. In the end Sakina refused to refund my money saying it was too late.
I had already purchased for more than 4 and half years of unlimited calls to India and USA from Australia but I noticed that my service has been discontinued. When contacted, Simran stated that as I had not been using their service, it had been disconnected and I had to pay a further $10.00 to reactivate my service!
My issue is that if I have already paid money for a service for a certain period of time, why has it been disconnected in between?
Simran is the worst customer service agent as she never took an interest in refunding my money and never called back despite saying she would nor did she arrange a call back from her supervisor as requested by me.
My phone number is already in your system.

Hello Friends, before u read my story below here is my piece of advice & request

It's time to take this legal and spread the word about Global hello across all the NRI's. please send me your complaints in an email to prince.rajputsgi@gmail.com. I have hired a lawyer for this fraud with NRI's and with the help of media & political link I am going to lodge an FIR against Nikhil Agarwal(Managing Director), Prince Kumar(Regional Manager)& K Cube communication Pvt Ltd under which they are running Global hello Pvt Ltd. while posting ur complaints on twitter & FB please use the below # and do not forget to tag Sushma Swaraj & PMO office. Looking forward to her ur help & support in this journey.

I feel sorry to say that even after 8 months of my repeatedly calling up Global Hello employee for fixing up my problem or returning back the fraud they did on my credit card for NZD $280, Nothing has been done. I reckon, taking up their so called services was the biggest mistake of my life. My NZD 280 are stuck with these guys, and despite being polite and consistently bringing to their attention all the troubles, not a single effort has been taken to fix it up and I have completely lost my hopes in this company. My final decision before this was to ask for my money back. but after doing so for quite a long time now, I feel that its time for some legal action to be involved. Miss Sakshi Jain (Kanika), Mr Aman Jain(Karan) & Mr Tanmay was an absolute example of a completely ruined customer service. These people are fraud. Thanks for all my telephone bills that soared up in lieu of making international calls to get my money back. I am not going to beg for my money, so the consumer court of India will be asked to kick into some action and not only these NZD 280 but much more will be up the chart hopefully. Please share this with ur friends & family on Facebook, Instagram & twitter so that no one else gets into their trap in the mean time I will proceed with my legal battle.

Let's use the below # on twitter & FB to share this globally.
#FraudwithNRI's #GlobalHello #GlobalHelloFraud #KCubeCommunicationLtd #NikhilAgarwalFraud #PrinceKumarFraud
#AmanJainFraud
#SakshiJainFraud
#TanmayFraud

I am totally agreed with scam and cheating faced by people as I also went through the same frauds as mentioned below:-
one of company' s Agent Named Karan Jain(and even the company) is a big fat lier, cheater, and no.1 fraud as
1. First of all, they didn't mention that the amount will be deducted in US dollars.
2. Provided wrong information saying that the calling card is valid for Lifetime but it expires after 6 months if you don't use it.
3. After that, neither Agent and nor company people hear my issue rather they said "sorry if there was any communication Gap and you have to again recharge with $$ to activate the service." so my 100 US $$ is of no use Now.
4. Once I provided my card details they detected $$$ from my A/c after 1.2 months without my consent. Even after a number of calls they didn't solve it. At last, I had to register my complaint with my Bank and got my money back within 4-5 days and I blocked my card for further fraud.
Please, Guys, beware of the Dodgy Hello Global company and their agents.

Hi guys, I have used the global prepaid service in [protected]. After that I got good deal from vodafone and didn't recharge or ask for any further service even they try to gave me couple of deals which I didn't accept it. Now today suddenly after 2 years the Lady name Sakshi from global hello company called me on Saturday evening and told me that my account is still active and they have charged me $59 and gave me few thousand minutes. I was totally shocked and frustrated by hearing this. I dispute it and this lady hang up on me. They made me change all my banking details and also I am going to lodge a complaint in Australian consumer court. Bottom line is that choose to pay more for using a service in your own country rather than using global hello company operated by thugs of India.

I'm dialing 800 43556 for more than 30 minutes or 120 attempts but i'ts not coming, my call is a bit important because of family emergency in my country so I decided to stop trying to dial this "hello" card access and use etisalat regular calls. so instead of saving money for this "hello" card I lost something.

The company is full of fraud people.
I gave my card details which they had asked me at the time of recharge. They saved my card details and deducted the money for no reasons even without asking me.
So please please please guys, don't deal with them and give them any of your details.
The company is full of crap.
The reasons:
1. You can't check how much money has been deducted for your call.
2. There is no record of your call history.
3. You can check the balance till the last week, not today's balance.
4, They don't respond to your complaints or e-mails.
5. They will tell you the amount in your currency and afterwards will deduct the amount in $US.

I purchase $70 worth of credit over the phone by providing my credit card detail. they deduct $120 instead but I could not make a single call. I tried to contact them regarding this problem, they try to convince me that they are going to refund me in 90 days. I have been waiting for more than a year now but I still haven't got refunded. even after that, I am constantly getting calls from them asking me to use their service but when I mention about my experience I had with their service, they just hang up. this is just cheating. guys dont ever use this service. they using the name "global hello" just to get credit card detail and take off your money from your account. this is terrible!

GlobalHello is a Totally Fraud Company. When they called me for a subscription they mentioned that you will get a lifetime validity. I made it clear with them that nobody will call me to top-up until i finish my minutes. The sales person said yes madam we will not call you even I spoken to her boss as well. So I was ok. now after 6 months I have 3000 minutes left and cant make any call to India as I need my PIN no. When I called their customer service office, r the guy said you have top-up now as your subscription has expired. I asked what is the meaning of your lifetime validity. He said you have to top-up now. I made it very clear with them the meaning of lifetime validity.
Seriously guys do not trust these people..

I'm from singapore and m a victim of global hello too. a sales executive, manisha, kept repeatly calling me, sumtimes up to 10times in a day. after a few discussions we had, she agreed to a certain price/minute to a certain country. since I need to make regular calls there, I agree and signed up - s$330/- on 11th aug 2011. based on the pricing, I should get 1570mins of talk time. to my utter shock, when I first tried to call, I heard that I had 300 or 400mins only. after repeated calls, my minutes kept increasing bit by bit. today, I have received only 1550mins till date. and over the last 2 weeks, i've called 3 times and nobody has called back althought i've been promised that someone will call soonest. it's a total disgrace how companies can cheat innocent people out of their hard earned monies and the directors and employees then go home and sleep peacefully. wow! til today, i'm still trying to get my total mins with no luck. and sadly, it must be a company located in india, not necessarily indian owned. please assist if you know which gov't dept is resposible and also the contact details to the indian trade industy and the indian police. I seriously want to put a stop to these theives so that no one else will become victims, like us.

Even though I had $90 in my account still they want me to recharge. he was begging me that if I won recharge then he'll lose $10 commission. I told him is this my concern..? but he really start begging and said that I do recharge now and he will refund this money after few days and he literally told me he will refund me $60 if I recharge $50 "i'll give you $10/$20 from someone else's account".
Even global hello employees are cheating with their company...
I told him not to call me again when I need to recharge i'll call u but still he call me 10/15 times in 1 day sometimes.
And their is nothing like 1cent call they charge 6/7 cents per minute.

I live in Australia and paid them $50 US for an account, I couldnt connect to most of the numbers in India with call drops and bad line network. I have asked them for refund and its been more than a month no reply and refund. I have sent them few emails as well but looks like I am not going to get refund.
Doesnt matter to me as I got credit card fraud insurance and I made a complaint there...

These kind of people and companies bring bad name to india. they should really be banned and brought under the legal jurisdiction. their real client base lies in us, canada and uk they should be reported on each and every forum / platform available so that many other customers like us can be stopped from fallting into their trap.

I have had a similar experience with global hello infact they have cheated me of us$ 138/- as I had hardly made any calls with the service before I started having problems accessing their number. initially when I complained I was put thru to one mr vinit kumar who send me new access numbers. when these numbers were not working I send an email to vinit kumar, which was promptly returned. I had his mobile phone number and when contacted he told me that he no longer worked for the company and kept the phone, when I tried contacting the customer care service I kept getting recorded messages and this was supposd to be manned round the clock! there was another contact number which when tried was picked up by somebody who claimed it was a different company and that they were fed up of answering the phone from irate customers asking about global hello. all this transpired in may this year.
Just when I thought that I was completely cheated by this company I get a call from the company asking me as to whether I would like to topup as my account balance was us$ 9/-. on enquiring as to how did this come about, I was told that my account was locked out by the singapore govt as I did not use it fro 6 months. she also send me new access numbers. on asking for an explaination and wanting a full detailed account of how my money was used - she told me that she would report to her higher authorities, but refused to give me a name. this happened today. when I tried to access the website I was informed by the webmaster that it was not advisable.
Can mr prince kumar explain this?

Hi guys better watch out before signing gobal hello, I happen to to catch the sales person because previously he had sign me up for intercall connect, had given me personnel detail and mobile no. He was call by the name sameer and now with global hello his name is Rocky. During intercall connect he gave his personnel mobile and now when he call me for global connect sign up he gave me the same mobile NO. His actual name is Bhim Rajput. I will raise this issue in consumer affair and also in Indian police.
