Getaroom and CCI* Hotel / they have not refunded our money $ 2800.
Getaroom Hotel has not sent the e-mail of the confirmation us on the same they 6/24 as they have told us on the phone but charged us the full amount on our card for the reservation to "Great Wolf Lodge" in Williamsburg VA.
The reservation was made on the phone and canceled on the phone on the same say but they have never canceled the reservation. When charges have shown on the credit card I have called them right away to cancel the reservation but Getaroom did not connect me to the right person to cancel the reservation on date 7/16.
Please ask them why Getaroom did not send us the e-mail of confirmation on the same day as they are claiming but making a case that does not have any cancellation number which intentional on thier part they have hindered by not coming on the phone.
• Please ask Getaroom why they did connect me to a supervisor.
• Why CCI* Hotel is charging for hotel booking $800 extra than the hotel itself?
We have trust in you to resolve it in the benefits of seniors like us and further investigate "‘Get a room" for their fraudulent scheme of cheating people.
By the way, CCI* Hotels and "get a Room Hotels are the same business. They come on the internet by the name of the GetaRoom but the charge comes on the name of CCI*Hotels, and they have made a booking by name of Priceline. Although "Great Wolf Lodge" has not charged any money to them for the reservation but still Gataroom pocketing our money shamelessly.
