GDEX — incomplete delivery by gdex (11street product)
1. 16 january 2017 - received a call from gdex delivery agent (Around noon) that they were at my home to deliver the package. Since no prior notification was given (Not even a sms or whatsapp) I was not at home so I asked for delivery the next day.
2. 17 january 2017 - no delivery. Called gdex from 11am - 5.30pm. No answer whole day on both their general line and hotline. Called their delivery agent also no answer.
3. 18 january 2017 - finally managed to speak to someone on their 'pick-up hotline". I was informed that the package is in malaysia and that 'maybe' delivery will occur tomorrow. They said they will check and let me know.
This is unacceptable. Gdex is basically saying"we'll let you know when we want to deliver" even after people have paid them to deliver.
