FlyDubai / delay, poor customer services and losing baggage

My Name is Amin. referring to my payment reference number F14838F0 it I supposed that to fly to Muscat from Ahvaz on 25/03/2017 at 4:00 PM with FZ-8260 and FZ-047 total flight duration 4 hrs. because of weather condition with 4 hrs delay I arrive to Dubai airport terminal #2 and after 4 hrs waiting in queue a new boarding pass provided for next day 8:00 AM which actual done on 1:30 PM. during of staying in airport we have not received any services from Fly Dubai. no room provided for rest. finally they send my to muscat without baggage which still yet to receive. I have never seen this much poor management and costumer services.
