Finrite Administrators / vodacom

I logged a claim online on the 31st JAN 2019.
Received a ref number VCCML4037694

I did not receive any feedback and was unable to get to the call centre to follow up on the claim. I wait listening to the music for hours at a time with no response.
I did get through once to an agent named Simone who had no customer service and just cut me off.

I am going to cancel my insurance and Vodacom contract due to poor customer service

    I sat at the Vodacom shop for over two hours listening to music will be kept on hold only for the call to be cut.
    This is a waste of my time.

    Good news...still nobody has bothered to contact me. I guess customer service is non existent in Finrite.
    I still don't have a cellphone and I am still being billed for insurance that doesn't work.
