FashionNova / two orders placed in november and not even a confirmation

I placed two separate orders with fashion nova in November and was charged for both. I never received any confirmation and they don't even show in my account. I have tried countlessly to reach them but cannot get them to respond to emails. I finally submitted a claim with PayPal and the BBB. Enough is enough, if they can't get simple things resolved why are they continuing to take orders and people's money. I am truly upset and will never purchase from them again. I'm done and I will do whatever it takes to get my money returned!!!
