I ordered $75 worth of items on 10/11 and was qualified for free two day shipping, well now it's Saturday the 14th and I've gotten no update! No tracking, No shipping, No email back! The phone service is just useless and I just want to receive the items I paid for, how is it taking so long but you took money from my account the same day I made the purchase??

    that is so bizarre, i've been an avid shopper there for quite a while.. I know i don't have much "help" or "hope" to give.. One thing i can say as i've watched the company grow is that the shipping process is taking longer and longer.. If you send an email, they'll probably refund you the shipping cost.. if anything, in store credit (it's annoying but thats the only way i've successfully recieved a refund from them).
