I'm not too happy with the dress I got from NCgowns. The photo on the website shows a nice back design, but the one on the dress I got looks completely different. It seems like the person who made it didn't really know how to do it right, or maybe they wanted to make their own design. But either way, it looks really bad. And the front of the dress has some annoying, bunched up fabric around the stomach area that won't go away no matter what I do. It's really frustrating because I was looking forward to wearing this dress to a special event.

Honestly, I don't think I'd recommend ordering from this company. You might end up with a dress that looks nothing like the one you paid for, and then you'll have to spend even more money to get another dress that actually looks good. It's just not worth it.

At this point, I inquired about the delay and asked for a phone number so that I could speak to someone in regards to the status of my order. I also asked if it was possible to cancel the order and receive a refund as the wedding I needed the dress for was in just a week. I received a response on April 27th, which was through email, stating that I needed to be patient and that if I didn't need the dress anymore, I could simply request an address to mail the package back.

The dress finally arrived on May 7th, a full week after the wedding. I immediately noticed that the dress was not what I was expecting at all and it even had a strange smell to it. I have repeatedly requested the return address since then, but still have not received a response.
